I am 3 weeks post op after having breast augmentation with Dr Parys and I am very pleased with the results of my surgery. I have just had the stitches out and my GP was very impressed by the way it had healed and the scars are minimal. I stayed at the ECU hotel within walking distance of the clinic. I can honestly say the care and communication I received was second to none and I would highly recommend The Wellness Klinic.

just got back from the wellness kliniek after having a boob job amazing hospital...i got the eurostar then the train to genk so easy a stayed at le hert hotel which was just around the corner .when i next want cosmetic surgery i will be going back.. belgium was very safe to...i was an international person so i had my consultation one day treatment the next sooooooo easy

I had my ears pinned back in May2019.
I wanted to give them time to settle.
I’m really happy. I should of done them 20 years ago.
The staff were really good.
Initially they looked unnatural and stuck to my head. But 4 months on the cartilage is softening and the ears are now in a more natural position
I have a terrible phobia of needles and veins. They treated me really kindly and didn’t mind me being anxious.
I have more confidence in my appearance now.
They are still a bit sore but that’s my body and not the surgery.

I visited here for Breast Augmentation in late August 2019, I did some research and I am glad I didn't see the reviews on here first as it may have put me off from getting my surgery done and my experience has been nothing but very good. My initial emails before going were always answered, I could get through on the phone and speak to someone in English without problem and when I went for my consultation Dr Parys the consultant was friendly helpful did not question me about why and helped me make the right choices. On the day of the surgery I was looked after extremely well and was made to feel respected and valued. The hospital was spotless and the staff very helpful. Aftercare is good with them providing direct contact details for the consultant who answers his phone when you call. I am very impressed. I am healing very well with minimal scars.

You won't believe that you have to wait over 2 and half hours before any doctor attends to you!!! So off putting and annoying!

Look, I have to be honest... customer service is horrendous & after care is non existent. They say you can book an appointment for aftercare any time or contact them any time. They take a long time to get back to you if you contact them, days or weeks. And quite frankly they NEED aftercare procedures in place, it's just a joke, you've had surgery and you don't even get a phone call.

My surgery actually went well and I love my breasts, so why am I giving a 1 star trust pilot review? Simple, that can't be trusted. I urge all potential patients to look at reviews. The vast majority of positive reviews are completely fake... they contain generic information to make you feel like to can relate to the patient (Ive wanted it for so long, staff welcoming etc) and the accounts that left them usually only ever have one review.

There are many more reviews that are actually genuine that are negative, a massive lack of genuine good reviews. These fake reviews are written on google & facebook.

If I had looked into him properly and not just taking advice from a friend (completely stupid - I know) I NEVER would have booked here. Please don't- its just not worth the risk.

At first glance, you think professional, so I booked and paid my deposit, then I get a call after dates are confirmed to say they can't honour that date, after I paid train fare and booked my time off work. Then after 3 weeks finally sorting out the date, with much messed around phone calls promised and not delivered to then be told a new price which increased by 2k, which is a joke as I've previously had consultations and new what I needed. I then said I will not continue and they agreed a refund, which again never got further response from them and no returned emails, I gave it 2 weeks then my bank chased the refund for me, which then I lost out on £33 due to fees, which isn't much but, this was such a stressful experience. I'm now booked in with another Dr who is actually on the medical Council. I'd avoid this company.

Wellness kliniek is one of the best Clinic for Breast Augmentation Service! I was operate of breast augmentation in that center and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend wellness clinic to anyone!

I would urge others to avoid this clinic at all costs! I have now met many others who were desperately unhappy with their results and with the way WK has dealt with their complaints.

I am super happy about my lip filler and the amount of care and info i’ve received. I will be going back soon! They really are the best.

Terrible, terrible klinik.Save your money and go to a trusted doctor. I went here with a friend over a year ago, after surgery they wrapped me so I couldn't see the results and told me to leave it on for over 2 weeks. I was in a lot of pain, and wrote the clinic, but didn't receive any answer for weeks. When I finally removed the wrap I was shocked at what I saw, it was very uneven and swollen. I immediately called but wasn't allowed to speak with my doctor. They assured me it would "settle". Months went by and nothing changed so I tried contacting my doctor again, but couldn't. It's been over a year now and nothing has "settled" it's only gotten worse and I received no help or info from Wellness Kliniek, they say if I want to talk to my doctor I need to come in and schedule an appt. Now obviously this is their trick because they know people come from all over the world for their cheap service and getting back isn't easy. I will now have to pay for another surgery at a good clinic to fix what Wellness Kliniek messed up, I've also lost feeling in the side of my left breast and they feel and look very unnatural and uneven although I followed all instructions from the Kliniek.
My friend also had a bad experience and both breasts are hard and raised and never "settled" as they said they would. She also plans to have another operation to fix what the kliniek ruined. I really hope this review helps someone make the right choice to stay away from this awful place. They do not care about their clients, they only want to get you in and out quickly and get their money. Once you hand them the check they are done with you and do not care about the results.
