Wellnee 

I bought two wellnee braces in may and by september you could not stick them over your knee the stickyness had gone, customer services said after 30days nothing we can do, not even a part refund for a product like that to last 4 months its not worth the money, so im not at all happy it wasnt as if i wore them everyday, so poor quality the braces.

Avoid wellnee at all costs SCAMMERS.Once you order one knee brace £21 they retain all your details without any authority the next thing you know you have a large order on its way to you £80s worth, not ordered, needed or wanted as my original one I had ordered is absolutely useless. Within minutes of trying to cancel this ridiculous large order I was told it was already packed and in the post. I have sent countless emails but all ignored. Big scam artists and should be resolved and brought to justice. I can ill afford to loose £80 to scammers. STAY CLEAR FROM WELLNEE

Placed an order and paid. After 3(!) weeks I was notified by their forwarder that I needed to pay 50% of the order value because of extra costs. I refused and instructed them to send the order back to the sender. Then Welnee contacted me that they don't accept that and I will not be paid back.

Complete rubbish, do not deal; with this Company. The product is totally overpriced and does not work as described. The ordering process on line is designed to add on other expensive items, you don't want. Be very careful if you do decide to proceed. Cancellation is impossible, as they claim the order has already been dispatched irrespective of how quickly post order confirmation, that you cancel. Don't be a fool like me and be sucked into their slick advertising

I went to order 1 pack of patches, checked my bank and they have charged me for 8 different things I didn’t order. They took £86 from my bank. My original order was £14. Stay away from these thieving bastards. Absolutely shocking how these people get away with this.

The product does not stay in place! With every step it falls further down the calves! When I contacted customer services I was asked to take the products out of their packages and send pictures of the products laying flat, this is so they can see the condition of the product.
Then another person replies and states it's company policy not to accept or refund for products that the original packaging had been opened.

Website says items would fit any knee. Don't fit mine. Told to return to US or receive 40% refund.

Please Do Not order from this company.
They added goods to my order. Impossible to contact them. Luckily PayPal are looking into this complaint and this awful company. Update. PayPal upheld my complaint.

Hard to reach, changed my order to a larger amount. Hard to find the confirmation number to cancel. Got it hours later after they said the order was shipped. Wish I would have read their reviews first. Do not order from this company

Absolute robbing bastards! Don't touch them with a bargepole. SCAMMERS. I placed an order for 1 knee brace, didn't get a confirmation of my order, so logged onto my credit card website and saw that they took the money for the 1 knee brace, BUT also took a further £21.90 that I didn't authorise !!! I emailed them and got a totally unacceptable explanation. They said the order has already been shipped (nonsense) and couldn't cancel it. I've emailed them again but don't hold out for a reply this time. I will be approaching my credit card company for reimbursement under the 'charge back claim' clause and will also report them for fraudently robbing vulnerable people.

Appalling theft of your money.

Took my money under false pretences- charged for more than I ordered then no one ever calls back or responds to any emails or “requests forms” - there is absolutely no customer service - it is a fiction- they take /steal money/ and I haven’t even received the goods that I didn’t even want to order. Do NOT buy !
- why are unscrupulous scammers allowed to trade? Have contacted visa to try to recover money. Awful- praying on and stealing from vulnerable people in pain.

OMG - I do wish I had read the reviews on this company before even looking at their products. As with many other people, they processed an order I had not confirmed or authorised. Firstly I was told they can only refund if the request was made within 12 hours of ordering, which mine was, but all I have received are emails apologising for the “misunderstanding” and assuring me their products (THAT I DID NOT WANT OR ORDER) are first class and I would return for more. What an absolute joke - I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. I have told them I won’t accept delivery and am reporting them for fraud. SCAMMERS 😡

I was charged for a 2nd order, when only ordered 1 pair. The website have replied saying no refund, too. Appalling!
And they aren't good quality either ..

Payment processed for item without me entering any payment or delivery details! ( info must have been saved from my initial order)
Also a 2nd item charged without authorisation.
Lastly I did not receive an order confirmation

Tried to order 1 box of knee patches. filled in details, next page gave me an offer and free shipping so opted for 2 boxes instead, each page continued with selected upgrades, where you have to unselect by clicking the small faint option- "No I don't want it and I'll pay full price", braces, supplements, etc. Then it completed the order!!! No summary, no basket view as to what I'm ordering, no basket total, no delivery schedule... charged me £73+ for the 1 box I was trying to order! Looked at the order, they had charged me for 6 boxes?? Got the email confirmation within a few minutes. Need to submit a request, to cancel an order, so I submitted it explaining I just wanted 1 box and cancel the order, this was within 10 minutes of order confirmation email. Got confirmation of my request. 4 hours later I got a reply saying they have reviewed my request and have packed and shipped my order!? I rang them 3 times, after being put in the queue, get a recorded message saying there are no available agents and the line goes dead after 2-3 minutes. I see the returns process is designed to cause the buyer problems and cost money. £73 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs. They are thieving crooks, do not buy from them, do not even visit their website.

I wish I had read these reviews before I , stupidly, ordered from this company. I ordered a knee brace and one set of patches.. Almost immediately 4 payments were taken from my account, totalling £156! I contacted my bank and they said nothing can be done as payments pending(!) I sent an email to Wellnee, no response. No products so far. The money has gone and my bank has blocked any further payments to them as they had set up two subscriptions to be taken monthly! It was Friday 13th.

This is a terrible untrustworthy company who sent me items i did not order . On the knee braces they were terrible and not comfortable and the company would not refund me because I opened one of the braces then only offered me 40% refund on the other . They then refused my refund as it was over 30 days eith the to and from emails

I decided to try the Wellnee knee brace and ordered one. I received a confirmation saying I had ordered four knee braces and a box of relief patches. I immediately attempted to cancel the order since it had been changed after i submitted my order but i received a message it had already been sent out (a lie). I was told to return the order when I received it. When I received the order, I talked to Jonathan by text and he told me that if I kept the items, he would issue me a 50% credit to the card I had used and it would be done immediately. When I received my credit card statement, there was not a credit as Jonathan had promised. I again contacted Wellnee and was told by Catherine I was not able to receive a refund because their policy was that the order had to be returned within 30 days, even though I had contacted Jonathan when I received the incorrect order. I sent copies of my emails with Jonathan but she ignored them. This company is a scam and their products do not do the things promised. Do not have any dealings with them and if anyone brings a class action against them, I am in.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. The first time I ordered which was for the patches. I found down the track that it was a double order and I received 10 boxes of 10 patches. These are totally useless given they give me a rash. But that I got so many I thought had been my fault.

Then I decide to try the knee brace -what a total scam. Despite being meticulous throughout the ordering process because of my previous experience, all of a sudden I find that I've ordered five of the knee braces, which was just totally incorrect. Despite cancelling the order IMMEDIATELY they said that the ordered already been processed and they subsequently arrived. It has to be said however that I did go through the refund process and did get all of my money back, and I was not out of pockets since I used a previously unused prepaid postage bag to return the items.

Never again.
