Ordered some shoes and they arrived all scuffed with paint marks on

After reading reviews I was worried about buying from wellgosh, but I'm pleased to say that the jacket I ordered which was a gift, came quickly and is very nice, I did have problems using the website but with help I managed to place my order and we are very pleased. Thanks wellgosh.

Honestly very disappointed I've ordered a few times before all good. However, I ordered a Sacred Heart Pendant and got it a week later for it to come with the receipt and pendant box but has pearl war rings in it still has the Hatton Labs price for the pendant at the bottom and still has the name of the pendant on the receipt but has been opened it seems and replaced with some earings.

I purchased two pairs of trainers and received a number of texts telling me all was on track, I was given a delivery date. I received an email at 4am informing me that they don't have the trainers in stock and that they will refund me in 7 to 14 days.
Absolutely disgraceful experience and rest assured I would never bother with them again.

Ordering was smooth but one of items received was wrong size and I had to return the other. When trying to do the return, the returns portal failed on 3 different PC (Win 11) browsers on 2 separate machines with a persistent webpage (XML) error. Telephone support said it worked at their end and I would have to pay to return it myself. Finally managed to get the process to work by opening in Android. That was trial and error by me, not suggested by telephone support.

When I came to do the return, I had to pay for it despite returns being advertised as free of charge at the time of purchase.

The refund was pretty quick but I won't be buying from here again. Other recent reviews are hardly encouraging either!

After ordering from this website first stupidly without checking reviews I went on to trust pilot and saw mixed reviews more bad than good and I’ve had the same experience as some of the other reviews I ordered a pair of trainers to wake up the next day saying there was a problem with my order because of stock quick enough to take my money! I have now went back on and Theyr saying they have sizes available when it’s faulse!! Don’t get me wrong the man I spoke to on the phone was lovely but I would avoid buying from here if this has happened on a lot of these reviews! Doesn’t look good atal.

Was very worried by the bad reviews when I saw a pair of trainers I couldn't find anywhere else and for a great price but took the plunge and gambled and it paid off. Order was dispatched the next day and even delivered by the wonderful Evri the day after! I actually had to return the item and that was quick and painless as well so my personal experience was excellent. A reorder since that date was also on time and no issues.

Sent me a pair of shoes of two different sizes and won't respond to support email address, phone support simply said to return for a full refund as they now have no stock of those shoes left. Very disappointing as those shoes now cannot be found anywhere else.

Cancelled my order three times due to being out of stock. Item still showing as in stock as of today.
Would not recommend as you will be very disappointed.

Horrendous service, no option to choose a specific carrier or next day delivery at POS - charged £5 for standard delivery with Evri who unsurprisingly have not delivered my parcel on time, first it was delayed “because the parcel was bigger than expected” then when they delivered it to the “Parcel Store collection point”and notified me it’s ready for collection it’s not registered to the store as delivered on their system so they refused to handover the parcel saying “come back in 3-5 working days after next van run so we can scan it properly now” terrible customer service - Wellgosh may choose to pass this complaint off as being an exterior issue however these are the carriers Wellgosh choose to contract to fulfil orders. The buck has to stop somewhere.

Another case of the company taking money and then cancelling becuase of no stock. Looking at the other reviews and how common this is, im pretty confident some sort of scam/fraud is taking place. Avoid.

Decent site for streetwear brands. Always been quick to sort any issues. Quick shipping and amazing discounts 👍🏻👍🏻

Sadly another example of a company who cannot get their website stock count to reflect their warehouse items. Today I received a cancellation notification with a refund estimation of 7 to 14 days. Unacceptable amount of time to process refunds in the modern day.

Why have Christmas sales if you can't fulfill any of the orders and you're simply going to hold customers funds so they can't spend their money elsewhere? Absolute joke!

Ordered a jacket, chased dispatch 4 days later, after checking my online order to see it had disappeared, only to be told it had been cancelled due to stock issues. Still had no email confirming cancellation. This company has gone really downhill.

Don’t bother with them - confirmed an order then 2 days later cancelled due to no stock.

Just received a refund from an order I made in August.

Glad to have finally got to this stage, but the experience I had was very long and drawn out
unfortunately.

My order came on time and nicely packaged but didn't fit. I went on the online portal to log the return but this told me my order number was invalid. My account on the site also stated I had made no order and no previous orders. I assume they have had some tech issues. I rang and emailed only to get the same responses, one of them being that JD Sports cannot handle this return request, even though the phone number on WELLGOSH website takes you to JD customer service.

Only managed to get my refund sorted after opening case with paypal. So all in all a very dissapointed experience with what I thought was a well run reputable company

Avoid like the plague.
Customer service is non existent. Still awaiting refund after almost two months. Useless customer reps do nothing except ask the same questions. Have had to seek legal assistance
Don't throw your money away. Go elsewhere. Seriously.
