Jake was an excellent mortgage advisor. He was extremely helpful, prompt and always gave us an answer for any questions we had. We always felt like we were in safe hands. He knows the market really well, and was able to advise us on the best deal for us. We really felt like we had a huge advantage working with him, rather than sorting a mortgage on our own. He also was able to help guide us through the entire process of buying our first home and provided recommendations for solicitors and how/when to do things. We would recommend for anyone looking to buy their first home.

I couldn’t have been luckier to meet Klizia and Dan—two wonderful people and truly outstanding professionals. They helped me better understand what kind of remortgage to go for and were always ready to support me in case I had an emergency and needed to remortgage immediately.
I wasn’t able to use their service in the end because I sold the house before remortgaging, but I really wanted to leave this review because they gave me excellent support, and Klizia was available to help me right up until the very last day of the remortgage process.

We met Klizia from the Wells Financial team who proved to be an outstanding professional as well as a very friendly person. Klizia helped us finding the best deal for a Life Insurance for myself and my family, and guided us towards the final choice. She has been extremely helpful, an easy to talk to person and made even the most complex topic very easy to understand.
The cherry on top was that she is italian, like myself, so we could also speak fluently in our native language.

Our experience with Jake at Well Financial has been excellent. Jake is amazingly knowledgeable and up to date. The online portal we used to upload documents for our mortgage application was so easy to use and was handy to have to communicate and see what our next steps were. My husband is an economics teacher and very aware of market changes etc and he felt confident in Jake’s decisions and that they were totally the right ones to take.

We've used Well for the last 5 years and the service has always been great. Most recently, Chris has helped us complete a full review of our private medical, keyman and life insurance. In all instances, he understood the business needs and then mapped out the available products, before helping secure the best product, usually at a more competitive rate than existing. He's also been helping with some Group Income Protection, such is the trust we have in his financial advice.

The main thing is that Chris and Well care - they care about your business, they care about helping and they even step in when you need that little refresher on what your policy includes. Highly recommended!

Decided that the life insurance cover I had was not going to provide for my children should the worse happen. Also, as I get older, critical illness cover made enormous sense. Spoke with Chris and he was fabulous. He listened to what I wanted to achieve, guided me through the info and provided me with a few options. He allowed me time to consider what I wanted - which I really appreciated. Hate pushy sales people but Chris was the opposite. When I was ready to go ahead, he had everything set up and ready. It really was a seamless process and the additional benefits I get for me and the kids via Vitality means that actually, my premiums are very nearly covered. And I feel safe in the knowledge that my kids would all have a healthy inheritance should something happen. Thank you Chris for helping me achieve what I wanted, means a lot

Well Financial were recommended to me by a friend when purchasing my first home as opposed to using the estate agents mortgage broker. I'm glad I took my friends advise!
We had Dan as our advisor. He was a beacon of knowledge and not pushy in anyway compared to the broker offered to us by the estate agents. He talked through all my options and even calculated the affects of adding more or less to my deposit would have on my monthly payment. This gave me the comfort to put a little less down on my deposit and put it towards furnishings. The best part is they don’t charge first time buyers fees!!!

I will definitely be using Well Financial’s services again in the future!

I dealt with Chris at Well Financial for my health insurance renewal it was dealt with quickly and clearly. He looked to get the best premiums with all insurers being compared in case better deals are available. Best of all no fee ! Very efficient!!
