Could not fulfil my order. No communication. No way of cancelling membership on website. Avoid this company

Yet another scam. After taking £48 for a farcical ‘membership charge ‘ then agreeing to give me a refund they then tried to take yet another £48 and of course no refund .luckily my bank had blocked them from taking more monies and I am applying for a chargeback. I am also reporting to action fraud as I am receiving emails wanting my cash to become a shareholder alongside the repeated attempts to take additional monies from my bank !
They also are adamant they have refunded,sending a fake document saying the refund has been processed when of course it hasn’t

I love shopping here, the membership helps me save so much money and i can get all my products in one place with fast shipping.

It’s ironic the name of this company - in my experience nothing has gone ‘Well Easy’ quite the opposite in-fact!
The subscription is a SCAM!
They get you trapped because you can’t opt out of this subscription…by placing an order your agreeing to opt in to the free trial period but beware it’s difficult to cancel as the website glitches often and you can’t cancel when you log into your online account and surprise surprise you check your bank and the money has been taken!
Basically shop elsewhere, it’s not worth the hassle!

A con. Bought products. Automatically signed me up to a membership which I never signed up to and no way of contacting them or cancelling

I agree with others that this company is fraudulent and snare customers with a sneaky membership fee. Do not buy from them. They promised a refund and this has not happened. Buyers beware!

Subscription is a con trick. No means to contact them other than email. No company name on the website. Cancelled the subscription last year, got billed anyway, asked for refund, was promised but never came. Just billed us again. There's no phone number, no details of a UK registered company.

There is too much on the website to choose from! Good range. Good price.
And Organic! I like doing a bulk order, stocking up on tinned goods and herbal teas. It’s amazing how the price differs from the shops - but I can order from the comfort of my bed :D

Oh I love this company!

Yes there is a membership fee, but don't be put off by it - you get the fee back on savings in no time. Everything there is less than what you would have paid elsewhere.

There are weekly free gifts that are part of the fun, allows you to try something new ;)

Such a wide variety of items, a lot of them are not easily accessible and you'd have to shop in several places.

PS. Their coconut cream & coconut milk (well easy brand) is amazing! Everyone complements me on my curry, the secret- good quality ingredients.

A truly awful company that uses Automatic Membership scam without any reminders, then refuses to refund that annual fee. I wish I had never bought anything from this collection of charlatans and thieves, stealing from pensioners seems to be their main business!!!!!

Sneaky subscription model which I believe to be unlawful and will be challenging.

They snare you with membership at checkout

Don't recommend. You need a membership to order, so prices aren't as low as advertised. You're also signed up for automatic renewal at £48 a year and Welleasy CLAIMS that you'll receive a reminder email 5 days before renewal, that's a lie. I checked my email history and received a notice over 2 weeks before renewal, less than halfway into my trial. I'm sure they bank on most people not remembering that far out to cancel their trial, as I received no further reminders. Additionally, the rewards system might as well be a scam. All of the redeemable discounts have a ridiculously high minimum spend, like £45 to use a £5 voucher, and you can't see that if you don't have enough points to redeem, so I had been reviewing products to earn enough points for the £15 voucher, only to find out I need to spend £75 before the discount just to use it. No thanks!! And finally, orders take a long time to get sent out, and my most recent order was over a dozen cans of coconut water, which were all thrown haphazardly into a way too big box with no packing material, and arrived dented. I was lucky I didn't order any chips or other fragile snacks with the cans, they wouldn't have survived. Because of all of this, I don't recommend this company. It's a headache to deal with and the savings aren't actually that great.

Sneaky repeat subscription which I didn't see. Can't cancel it and they're debiting my account for £46 a month.

I love welleasy products, all natural and wholesome, great foods, tried also bathroom and kitchen cleaning products really pleased.

Easy ordering and quick delivery. The goods are much cheaper than anywhere else I've found so far and you get points with each shop which in time you can use to get money off a shop. Also great customer service and they're pretty prompt to answer queries or any issues.
