They have great products (a wide product range), and, for me as a kinesiologist who works with clients, their customer service is outstanding. Very prompt and customer friendly.

Very quick shipping. I did have a problem with the delivery from the courier service, but Welldium followed up and offered to set the situation right. So much delay, just informing days later that the parcel should be arrived and it was a probiotic needed for my treatment of antibiotics. They told me they are working how to solve the delays.

All queries answered promptly by efficient and polite staff either by chatline or email, or both and then they send you a copy of your onlline chat, The only problem we encountered was with their order form which was a bit confusing when we were asked to put in my nutritionist name because then it looked like it was going to be send to her instead of us, although this minor problem was promptly and very politely sorted by their staff, so yes, I would have no problem recommending this company for anyone looking for supplements, especially within the European market.
