I cannot fault this company. Delivery was prompt. My goldie has a sensitive tummy and never has a problem with the grain free senior food. I am a happy customer.
Haven't used the food yet but it was delivered quickly, packaged really well and I'm sure it is high quality as it was recommended by my breeder. I'll be purchasing more.

Cat food order
Decent choice of different flavours and size options. Spent over minimum price and before the cut-off time and so got free next day delivery included, however it took two days to arrive, so they (or the delivery company) did not fulfill this promise

My cat is a convert after living her life on other vet recommended diets she started vomiting. I belive the food she was on had changed their ingredients
I started feeding her JWB & there hasn't been any vomiting since

I changed my address you sent my dog's…
I changed my address you sent my dog's biscuits to my
old address. I contacted you and you said they would pick them up from the old address and deliver to my new address. The next day they again delivered to my old address. I changed the address, you have changed the address so why is it they are delivering to my old address? Very bad customer service. It is quicker and cheaper for me to go to Pets at Home
