At last, a company that does exactly what it promises to do, plus you get to chat with a real live person who fully understands the products they are selling.

Want to delay the delivery for a couple of days, they happily organise it, and don’t just say to you “contact the shippers”

This level of service was common place 20 years ago, now it’s a rarity.

BTW, the monitor arm they supplied, is just perfect for its intended use.

I've had shoulder surgery before. The cause? Typing in inappropriate setups at workstations over the years. It takes its toll.
So when I got a familiar pain starting in my shoulder, I knew I had to sort it out quickly. And properly.
Enter Karim.
He not only did a full assessment, he also recommended the changes and correct equipment, came to my house to set it all up, and helped me with my access to work paperwork.
He was amazing and supremely helpful. And, it was also done and assembled quickly too.
Shoulder pain has stopped!. Doctors visits avoided.
I'd highly recommend getting help from Karim, if you haven't had aDSE assessment. Or, if you have had one, but it still doesn't feel right.
The last thing you need is avoidable surgery (trust me on that one...)

Karim has been an excellent support in making positive changes for me in my workplace to ensure I get the right equipment to support my recent arthritis diagnosis. Karim was extremely patient and kind when carrying out my DSE assessment. He showed genuine interest in my welfare when he assessed the equipment I would need to achieve and maintain good health.

He produced the report I needed for my Access to Work application in super quick time. His report was accurate and took into account all of the details of our discussion.

I was given a considerable grant from access to work for new office equipment as I have disc problems and nerve damage in my back.

However, I had no idea where to buy this office equipment. I saw a few places online selling ergonomic chairs but I was worried they wouldn’t be comfortable / work for me. I was anxious I was going to buy a chair that I would need to buy again in a years time.

I found wellbeing and ergonomics and felt more hopeful. I was quickly proved right as I had a video call with Karim where he talked through all my back problems, and helped me take measurements so my chair and sit stand desk would be as accurate as possible.

I was extremely impressed with how thorough and attentive Karim was, I can tell how passionate he is about what he does.

Throughout the whole process he kept me updated on production and delivery times, so I was never wondering. Once the sit stand desk and chair came again he jumped on a call to help me set them up and check everything was ok.

It feels like such a relief to have spent my grant on solid reliable equipment that I know has been made for me, instead of guessing at a chair and hoping for the best. Access to work should really sign post people to him as it’s so overwhelming when you get given the grant but no idea where to get the best support from.

Karim is a delight to work with. He has extensive product knowledge and lots of energy and passion for Welbeing & Ergonomics. I would recommend his services to anybody.
