Wasted 1 week of my time and still i…
Wasted 1 week of my time and still i havent ordered. This is the case:
Regarding to pricematch i sent requests for few products as i found them cheaper on other websites. They answered on one request after 24 hours but 2 was missing so i waited few more days for the other 2 pricematch. I contacted them about the missing pricematch and they informed me that the discount code was for 2 of the pricematches - this was never informed and when the pricematch is done they dont inform which product its for!! Anyways, i ordered the products from Cocopanda for a very low reasonable prices. But there were still one pricematch left so i waited couple of more days and told them i was not Happy with the slow service and still waiting for a pricematch. They «matched» the price but at same time the product regular price went up by 25kr 😂 so the discount got less and pricematch wasnt correct. I contacted them again several times saying that the product price was increaed but they just Cant Get it!! They did not or just ACT like they dont understand!! Also i informed several times that another product had wrong discription - just to help them have correct info - they didnt Get this either before late!! Wasted 1 week and lots of efforts.. im really unhappy with the poor service, lack of attention to clients feedback and wasting my time.
