Very happy... Except for the plastic wrap
Selection of items in the online shop is very easy and the delivery (Portugal Mainland) was incredibly fast! The yarn looks like expected and is true to color. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because each roll of yarn is being wrapped in plastic! This is dissapointing for a company selling recycled yarn. It would be great if this will be changed! I bought recycled cotton yarn from other sellers were the yarn only has a paper wrap around it and the yarn always arrived in perfect condition.
