Welcome Wagon is great!

Welcome Wagon is great! I used them at my prior dental office to send mailings to get new patients. Now I am at a new office and will be using them again due to the prior success. They are efficient, accommodating and professional. They respond quickly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend other businesses using them to obtain new clients in your area.

Zero new calls since August

Zero new calls since August. Asked to cancel. Rep made it seem I could try for a few months, she took advantage of me not having time to thoroughly go Through the paperwork. Kicking myself for that mistake.

They say “ they will reach out to make changes “ but they don’t. I am not satisfied at all and warn others to avoid like the plague.

They claimed there would be more names monthly Than there is too. I have followed up with my new mover lists with postcard with offer. Still nothing, nada.

Would like to know the timeline and…

Would like to know the timeline and confirmed dates of what to expect and when to expect it. For example, when do the new movers receive the gift book. Will I receive a copy of the gift book with my ad and when? What day will the new movers receive the Especially For You Book? Will I receive a copy of it and when? When will I receive a list of the new movers who have received the gift book?

The ads were generated very quickly

The ads were generated very quickly. Now I hear nothing. I don't know when the first mailings go out. I don't know how the names list will be provided.
After I signed up I feel like I'm left hanging...

The list of names is provided to you in the second month after the first month's distribution is complete. They are emailed out on the 15th, so you'll receive them on Jan 15th.

Good Job

Great explanation from your sales person of processes and what to expect. Creating visual materials was very easy and design group very helpful. A little surprised at how long it took to get set up finalized.
