The driver spoke English and was wery flexible and was earlier then we planned. Al this is what a customer likes when ther is a time and plane to catch.
Also a nice car and clean.

We used Welcome Pickups in Portugal, from Faro airport to our villa in Albufeira.

Our driver was on time , even a bit early , helpful and courteous.
Offered us water and the mini bus was spotless and comfortable as there was only 2 of us so after a long plane journey good to stretch out.

The reservation I made weeks before this trip was canceled just as I was arriving to the airport. I even confirmed with the driver that I was assigned 4 hours prior to my arrival. There was no effort made in booking a new driver for me and my family. What a joke. Extremely horrible experience.

I booked 3 transfers and 3 sightseeing trips during my time in Greece. All 6 were perfect. The drivers were fantastic. The vehicles were comfortable. I will definitely use this service again.

I've used Welcome four times now, in Spain and Portugal. Each time was drama free, the driver was at the airport on time and monitoring flight arrivals for delay. We were conveyed safely to our destinations in vehicles with ample room for three people and their luggage. Two of the pick-ups were arranged for extremely unsocial hours (3am) but were made flawlessly. We will use them again and they have become our first pick transfer method.
