This is my second book ordered! I loved the first one that was for my granddaughter so I wanted to share this special gift with a friend.

I almost closed out the order because of all the ads for additional offers. I like things up front & to the point. If you had theses ads up front I may have purchased additional items. I also didn’t like that you did not have a final price after I purchased the hard copy edition. I feel you were not quite honest with that from the start. You should offer the hard copy along with the paperback & allow your customer the choice from the beginning, not at the end. Please give a final amount due including tax & shipping. Not a feel good purchase.

The book itself is very good and very informative. Print quality is great as well. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because there’s a scam to get you into their app subscription. Even when not installing the app, not creating an account anywhere, they still charge you post the supposed “30-day-free-trial”. Again: nothing downloaded, nothing activated by the user, and they still go ahead and charge you for the app 30 days after you purchase the book. No refund provided either.

The thought and everything is absolutely wonderful but at checkout there are too many ways they try and get a lot more money out of you

Watch out for the secret subscription that charges you $30.99 a month!! I never used it and didn’t know I signed up for it. Just thought I was getting a custom baby book. Customer service was not helpful. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!! Also, cover is a weird material that leaves marks. Won’t last long and pages are flimsy so if you attach photos it’s gonna be a mess. Complete waste of money. I just want to throw it away I’m so upset with the experience!!
