SCAM
I placed an order on 21st October 2023 which was for cosmetic advert calendars. I have now sent 20 emails asking for a refund. I am continually being sent replies saying that my order has been Dispatched..One which said that my order was out for delivery on a specific day... From Guernsey... I live in Scotland!! Please do not order from this company. It is a complete scam. I will be reporting this to Facebook, but sadly I've been scammed.

This so called company has elaborate videos to sell what seem authentic goods which you pay for and never receive. I wish i would have checked here first. They need to be investigated and stopped!

They changed my credit card...
They changed my card, never delivered the item and after 9 emails, still refuse to refund my money. I have opened a case with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I plan to contact the BBB and others to try to stop this fraudulent company from operating.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Unfortunately I hadn’t read previous reviews- my fault I’m too trusting. Just received messages in reply to my queries saying the order had been sent and to be patient. What a load of rubbish. Why can’t ‘companies’ like this be stopped from advertising non existent products?
The one star is a mistake which I can’t remove!

THEY WILL ADVISE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SENT AND NEVER ARRIVES, AND THEN THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER AND ANOTHER WHICH NEVER ARRIVE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR MONTHS WITHOUT SUCCESS.
THEY ARE REGISTERED WITH COMPANIES HOUSE, SO A UK TRADING ENTITY
I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO NFIB - I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM TO DO THE SAME ALSO

Fake -fake - fake, don’t buy- they only left me with a very upset and disappointed daughter and no Sephora calendar for Christmas !!!

My experience has been horrendous do not touch this company this company has taken money out if my account for something I ordered and yes you guessed it I have not received my order first they said be patient then they gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist and now they do not answer my email avoid them if you don't want to be scammed.
