Yes they arrived in no time and we used our bag for the first time Friday. Even the big male gull couldn't get access. At last we do not have to wait indoors for the dust cart to turn up and we can leave the house together.

Great quality products
Excellent product. I bought the 50x50cm rubble sacks. Having previously purchased the larger size bags and thoroughly happy with the quality of them, I went ahead a bought some of the smaller ones for garden waste etc to take to the recycling centre. Nice and strong, a good size to get a few in the car, they’ll even sit on the back seat. Very good price and pretty swift delivery. Will happily use the company again.

You did fine till you sent out a survey. I'll soon enough let you know if you don't do well. Many companies pester and pester in the hopes of persuading the customer to respond to the survey. This is counter-productive.
Then you made the other commonest error:
The customer should have to sign ON to receive all but essential cookies, not have to search around to find a way out.
