Ordered a sweater and socks in November for Christmas, I didn't received it in December, I only received the socks. They won't respond to the e-mails, I claimed my money back from the bank and they are denying not sending me. It's a scam.

Just a total scam. Well, they give you the order, but that's it.
First, they always write to you in German, even if you answer in English.
Second, although it was Christmas time, it took >3 weeks to get the order.
Third, I ordered a pair of socks and a sweater. The product quality was below zero. They just took some random white socks and printed them, and you can just tell that by wearing them for a day, making them look old after just a few hours... The sweater, I could've bought a better one at the Chinese local store.
Last, but not least, one product comes from the UK (and if you live in the EU, you'll have to pay customs fee for this sh*t) and the other one on a separate order from another country. That tells you all about the origin of these products. They just sell it really expensive and buy/order somewhere else cheaper and ship it to you, without any quality control!
A good scam! Don't get flirted by their clean and beatiful website!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still not shipped.
Fake promises about the delivery before Christmas.

I never received my order. Contacted servicedesk and they said I did receive it.

Ordered a t-shirt on 08.12.22 and have yet to receive the order (date of writing: 22.01.23). Got no response after e-mailing customer service. This webshop is either run by a 14-year-old drop shipper whose mum cut off the internet because he played too much Fortnite, or it's a bunch of Indian guys running a scam out of their uncle's basement.
