Product delivered on time and well packed, experience only marred my the excessive emailing post purchase to encourage further sales. Unsubscribe did switch it off though.

I recently ordered three different vitamins supplements. I can’t comment on how well they work yet, as I’ve only just ordered them and waiting to receive them.

However, I did notice that the product information online is quite limited. Many of the vitamins list the same benefits—such as tiredness, fatigue and energy, Immune —making it difficult to understand what makes each one different. Some products even repeat the same vitamin descriptions across multiple items.

Clearer, more detailed information would be helpful for customers trying to choose the right supplement.

It's helpful to see Vegan and Vegetarian supplements. I Cannot wait to see the benefits for my ones as this will take time to notice the effects in my body. I am very weak and lacking nutrients for bones and energy and immune.

I recently thought I had a mix up with a package delivery as it had been delivered when I was away but was no where to be found when I returned home a few days later.
I contacted Weight World by email and they were perfect with their customer service and sent me a replacement package.
Turns out my brother had accepted the package when he was in his car in the street but decided not to tell me until I had already received a replacement.
I contacted Weight World about the mix up and apologised, hoping I hadn't caused any trouble for the courier who delivered it and seeing how they would like to resolve the issue. They were very understanding and handled the situation brilliantly (although the mix up was from my side... 🫣).
Excellent company with excellent products. Have bought many things from them and will continue to buy more in future. Definitely recommend.

Although my last order went very wrong and I had to contact the company on 3 separate occasions, the issue was dealt with and apologies made. I would rather not have to contact but sometimes things don’t always go right. Regardless, everything was eventually put right and I got the correct order
