They sent me an order I did not place and I had to pay!!

They sent me an order out of the blue which I got charged for, and I did not even order this!
Suddenly I got an email saying my order was shipped, very odd because I revived the order I placed 3 weeks prior.
I contact them and they say there has been a mistake and I have to return it.
So I have to use time on driving to the parcel shop to return an order I did not place (is this even legal??) still they charge me for shipping!!! I sent multiple emails about this, but still the Shippjng cost of 4€ is due to payment.
No compensation, no apology, NOTHING. Any other brand would tell you to keep the stupid little order THEY sent by a MISTAKE, instead this company demands me to return it and I still have to pay for the shipping. At least this is NOT solves yet and it’s been 2 weeks.
Very angry and mad, I cannot believe the time I wasted on your mistake.

Fraud /Scam promotions

Really do not order from them! Fake promotions and super arrogant customer service. They supposingly had this buy 2 get one bottle free promo, so I order for 200 euro supplements and then I got zero free bottles 🤦🤬their excuse "To clarify, the discount applies automatically to the lowest-priced product when three qualifying products are added to the cart. ". Disgusting liers, so instead of getting my free products I got 20% discount. Explain to me how that is "buy two get one for free". fraudulent and also their pills are garbage, all other brands I need to take 1 pill daily dosage, their more like 3..i have to take like 20 pills per day 🤦the mg are so small🤦
The European consumer center, confirmed this is a common type of promo fraud.
They say their promotion was "clearly" explained, u guess English and math are not their forthe 😅🤦 because buy two get one free obv doesn't mean what they claim. You made yourself look even worse if that was possible, by responding to my review, continuing with you lies and claiming somehow I did not understood your fake promo🤦if u really valued your customers you would have done the right thing.
your pills taste and smell like brutal chemicals btw, another reason to never purchase from you.

The plastic cap has a strong chemical odor that hasn’t gone away, even after multiple washes. Despite my efforts to remove the smell, it still lingers, which is quite disappointing.

I Had a very bad experience with the shipping of the products I bought.
I waited over one month do receive the parcel and I had to collect it at a DHL Collection point away from my place.
