The chocolate is not melting, what kind of chocolate is that. It supposed to be melt when there is a hot water. And besides its not taste good. I thought its a chocolate. I tried many tkmes its not melting. I didnt drink some. I think intried 3 times the rest is at home. I can send it back to you.

Still no answer either phone or email
I am writing again in reply to weightworlds reply. It is now 3 days ago since we wrote and asked to be reimbursed for our order, originally ordered 22/12-20 and we have not received any answer either by phone or email. Every time we call, there is an answering machine that says that you are closed even though it is within opening hours and emails. are not answered. I do not recommend this site as they just keep stalling you and you dont get your product or a refund. And you can't keep blaming covid 19 for everything, it has been over a month since our original order and the last 10-14 days we have been told that it will be there any day.

I give 4 stars because the product arrived but after a few weeks. I was disappointed because I thought I had been deceived. They should note on the site that the shipment will take a few weeks to arrive .. Now let me see if the product works and report impressions 😊
