issued two £25 Evouchers for London theatre direct by WeGift. Tried booking online for Valantines weekend but alas codes don't work. Logged a support 180816 but alas no reply, to date. disappointed.

I note that you now tell me you do not issue or sell vouchers for London Theatres Direct but I have two vouchers for £25 issued by WeGift. Tell me where to send a scan of them and I will do so. I can be reached at colinATcolinpattrickDOTcom. I tried to redeem the vouchers online but they show a egift code not recognized by London Theatres Direct. I then contacted youselves, to be told its not your voucher, is insulting.
27/2/2022AT LAST A RESPONCE As you know i did not pay for these Gift Cards (They were a Gift) so I would not have the payment details. I just have two £25 gift cards issued by yourselves with ID numbers not recognised by London Theatres Direct

Dear Colin, can you provide us the information about your payment? This as we do not have an option to pay in Pounds and also that we do not sale items for London, I think you bought something at an other webshop. Please let me know what your invoice number also is.
Dear Colin, we are WeGiftCards.com. I think you need to contact an other company, I have googled for you and it looks like you bought something via https://wegift.io/. So I advice you to contact them, as we do not sell anything in the UK.
