Please do not send your watch to this…

Please do not send your watch to this scammer.
I sent mine, which cost me £225, and they couldn’t repair it. I sent it back seven times, and each time it came back with the same fault—still broken.
I even sent them photos and videos as proof, but after that, they just stopped replying to my emails.
Don’t waste your money on these scammers. Stay away!

No acknowledgement or response to requests

I posted my 1964 Seiko Weekdater to ‘We Fix Any Watch’ for servicing. I placed a clear printer-produced note in with it requesting that when the watch was regulated it is adjusted to gain rather than lose. I also requested a report from the technician on the condition of the movement. The watch was promptly returned after a notification that its repair was complete.
Now 3 points.
1) My watch was returned in soft blister type packaging which would offer little protection.
2) There was no note either paper or electronic to confirm my requests had been acknowledged or acted upon.
3) I found the watch was losing 30 seconds per day when regularly worn, so my regulation request was apparently ignored.
The watch appears in the same good condition I sent it off in, and apart from losing time seems in good working order.
As a final note I will say I’m not sure what the purpose of a customer service person is when there is no acknowledgement or response to a request (ie yes we can or can not do this).
For the above reasons I wouldn’t use this watch repair service again.

Sent my Tissot Watch to them to have a new battery fitted.
Initially I could not be happier with the service I received and advised my watch did need a new battery and quoted me £45.00 for the repair.
On 17th March, I received my invoice which I duly paid that afternoon, however I have yet to receive my watch back or any proof it has been dispatched. I did speak to a representative of the company who advised I should have received my watch and if I hadn’t by tomorrow I should contact them again by email. I have tried on several occasions this week by email and phone to contact them but to no response and still no watch.

Dishonest and Incompetent - Avoid

Avoid this company at all costs. They damaged my vintage Omega watch and then ceased to communicate once I raised this as an issue with them, after an initial template-like response. They also did not provide any service documentation, as they had promised, and sent the watch back via an uninsured postage method in flimsy packaging. I have raised a claim with my credit card company, but due to informal email communication methods being used (lack of invoice etc.), I do not know whether I will be reimbursed for this fraudulent service. Avoid like the plague, if you value your watch.

Movado could not be fixed by 3 others but was by We Fix any Watch

Sent my Movado to them to see if it could be repaired.
After some time A Mr .Stone replied they had been able to find the needed part. They then replaced the broken part and out the watch under test. On 3rd of March 2025 sent bill for the repair for £175 which I paid on the 5th. Since then despite several several phone calls and emails to him, there has been no reply, and no watch I wrote this review about 2 hours ago.
Since then I heard back from them, and with a 2nd postal delivery today the watch was received
I am delighted with it, as had tried 3 other repair specialists all of whom said it could not be repaired
They not only fixed it, but put in a new glass for free, as the existing one had a mark on it,

What an absolutely brilliant service.

What an absolutely brilliant service.
My Titan watch stopped working and I was told that it was irrepairable due to age, lack/difficulty/expense of parts.
Then I found We Fix Any Watch and so glad I did. Messaged them and received an immediate, positive reply. Received a postage label, sent my watch to them. Few days later was told it needed a complete new movement and cost. It was so reasonable and I said 'yes'. Not long fter, was informed watch was fixed, invoice sent and paid and received my watch a couple of days later.
Exemplary service throughout and can't recommend highly enough

This is brilliant company

This is brilliant company. I received great service from start to finish. First I posted my watch to them using their free tracked postage. A couple of days later they sent me an estimate for repair, service and a new glass. I thought the estimate was very reasonable so I went ahead with the repair. Just a week later I received a message that the watch had been repaired, I paid the invoice and two days later I received the watch. My watch was working, the case had been polished and they had fitted a new wristband. It was protected in a felt pouch
This was truly remarkable service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Reply from We Fix Any Watch

Dear Gail,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all customer input and strive to provide the best possible service.

To clarify, your watch was sent to us for an assessment and a quote for a crown and stem replacement. Upon inspection, we identified that your watch also required a new movement in addition to the crown and stem. This was communicated to you along with a full repair quote of £125.

This quote included:

Replacement of the crown, stem, and movement
Free return postage to you
Free assessment of your watch
In today’s market, this represents exceptional value for such extensive repairs. Unfortunately, when we asked about your budget, you mentioned £50, which is significantly below the cost required to complete the necessary repairs. As a result, we informed you that your watch would be returned to you without any charges for the assessment or postage.

For context, the price for a crown and stem replacement alone is £45. However, due to the condition of your watch, these parts alone would not resolve the issue, as the movement also needed replacing.

On the 11th you emailed stating you only want to spend £50, on the 13th we posted your watch back to you tracking number YK471881454GB, but on the 17th you've emailed us again and left us negative feedbacks when your watch had already been returned to you.

We genuinely hope you are able to find a solution for your watch within your budget and wish you the best of luck with the repairs.

Highly satisfacory outcome

My Seiko Chronograph automatic developed an ominous rattle, and local repairers were pessimistic about a successful outcome. WeFixAnyWatch quickly quoted for a repair (with 12 months warranty) at a fair price, and although it took quite a bit longer than at first thought, I am very pleased with the result.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience: from my first request for a price, to getting the packing label, to getting an acknowledgment email when my watch arrived there, to getting it repaired at quoted price and finally getting it returned very quickly. And very good price. Last time I went to high street jewellers and paid 4 times as much!

5 star all the way.
