Thanks to Pedro owns a lot of customers with the campaign they ran on my social media. I don't have to pay any commission to other portals like Just eat and now I can save money.

Weetech are overall a very good epos provider, there are occasionally some problems but from my experience it just seems to be certain engineers who are trying go do as they will.
The fact that the in store epos and website are connected into one system making it much easier and hassle free is an awesome feature you cant find anywhere else.

Wee tech are a great company. Whenever you need help or assistance they answer the calls and deliver the excellent service straight away. I have never had an issue with them and would recommend them to any take away or cafe.

After I talked to pedro and the promises he gave me I convinced my partner Daniel to work with them, just to get slapped in the face by your awful customer support when we were in trouble on busy hours, what is the point of 0% commission when we are gonna lose half of our customers due to technical problems.

Personally it was very disappointing experience for me to work with weetech, after all the fancy introduction and everything we decided to add one of their machines to our cafe, it kept freezing consistently, our customers had to wait more than they should for a cup of coffee & etc.
after 3 days we called them and returned their brilliant machine.
Not Recommended at all.

This is my second review for this business, after all the paperwork and £3,600 loss we returned their machine.
Me and my business partner Vikram had to part our ways because of you and the damage you caused for our business.
The only reason I'm not suing you is because of him.

A friend of mine had a takeaway that worked directly with Weetech and he offered me to try their company for my own business. As a trial, their engineers came to my shop and set up their system and my website and they had very polite behaviour. The support team also solved every question I had a bout my orders and helped me and my staff every step of the way.

I got contacted by Weetech about 6 months ago, they told me they had an offer which included: an Epos machine and my own website to get orders from there and not rely on third-party companies and it required no commission at all. in Summary, it was an excellent choice to increase my online sales and achieve great return of investment. Their support is very responsive & actually care about their customers.

I Only signed up to say how devastating it was for me to work with them, my brother in-law bought their garbage epos for our takeaway shop, I'm absolutely certain it was used or refurbished.
Called them immediately, reported the problem and they said only thing they can do is to change the machine, we did change it and it was all the same.
I'm actually quite surprised with their rating on trustpilot, most probably all of them are fake.
Moderators should check this issue, they are scamming people.

I've been using Weetech's EPOS System for 2 Years. They have engineers came to my shop and fixed my line problems. Their prices are very good in comparison with other EPOS Companies as my orders increased and satisfied of their Customer services.

I was considering using WeeTech to provide online sales and payment services. Asked a number of my acquaintances about them but there seemed to be an issue with them expecting everyone to have a mobile phone and not allowing people to use a land line. When I queried this with their Customer Support, was told they need the number "in case the shop needs to ring you" and if you do not have a mobile number to just put any valid mobile number in.

This mario super. Wee tek is company with passion and they are professional at what they do. I have work with over 1 year. They are very helpfull and they do the job done in best way.

We have have had Weetech for over a year, and have recommended it to many of our friends, they are always there at the end of the phone if you have a question or problem. Flora has been great, giving us advice and helping us, nothing is a problem to her. Everyone at Weetech are so lovely, and polite, we love them thank you guys x

This is Italian job Fish and chips Netherton, we have worked with weetech for nearly 2 years, they have given us the best of service when needed, the staff and engineers are helpful and professional when helping with a problem. I have friends who also work with Weetech and agree that their service is satisfactory and would highly recommend Weetech to any company who would like to use a new system.

these guys will provide a terrible service to you, so don't fall for low prices and stay away from them.

Wee tech updated my Epos system much better than my old one ,layout easy to navigate, customer care service is excellent they also take are of my media platform their marketing skills are innovative thanks guys

Absolutely horrible products and customer service, i had 2 system in the shop and constant freeze problems made me throw them away, and when you call them there is no one that can actually help you.

Great customer care and always responsive. I would highly recommend Weetech to anyone who is looking for a reliable epos company.

Had to have a back-up on the system because we are moving to a new place, the technician was very patient and guided me through the process.
