Not happy with delivery details.

I placed an order over the weekend..I wanted to know delivery partner and if there was tracking.I am still waiting for an email response..will not be ever ordering again..they need to get tech savvy on orders as this is a big part of the service.mjust left hanging in the balance and inconvenience it causes.As a disabled person you have to plan these things with military precision.

TERRIBLE company, AWFUL customer service!

I ordered an electric throw over blanket on 15th September. They sent the wrong item, sending a kingsize underblanket instead. I requested the correct item to be sent out to me. Customer service was so slow and awful, taking several days to respond. I had to chase them up multiple times as I got no response for over a week. Multiple times they asked if I want to keep it for a partial refund, I said no. Eventually they sent a postage label for me to post the item back. The item was sent back to my house with a notice saying the addressee has gone away. That was further making me question the integrity of the company. I was then told they'll process a refund through PayPal. I received no refund. I have emailed multiple times asking them to either refund or send out the correct item, no response. It's been over 2 months since I contacted them about this issue and there has been no resolution. Absolutely appalling company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

No response to emails or calls, service has dramatically gone down hill

Awful customer service and delivery updates. Postage prices have increased but much slower service. Emailed to get updates regarding tracking number and never got a reply despite numerous follow up emails.

Ignore any issues or complaints. Previously had good service from them, however it has gone down hill hugely.

No contact number on website so found on search engine, called but goes straight to voicemail and no call returned.

Disappointing Experience, Strange & Time Consuming

Purchased a couple of item from Weeklydeals4less.com and received a faulty product. After contacting their support team, I was offered a 'negotiated' partial refund. After numerous emails and much back-and-forth, the refund was finally processed through PayPal—with fees deducted, leaving me with less than the agreed amount. This 40-day+ process was frustrating and the company's business practices felt questionable and unprofessional. I can't offer any recommendations to shop with Weeklydeals4less.com

Terrible company - Avoid this company at all costs – They’re in Breach of the Consumer Rights Act!

I purchased an electric blanket from this company less than a year ago, and it caught on fire after only 15 minutes of use. Despite this serious safety issue, the company refused to provide a refund, even though the blanket is still within the guarantee period. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles customers to a refund for faulty products. This company has blatantly failed to uphold their warranty obligations.

This experience has been terrible and their products are poor quality! I dread to think what would have happened if my children were using the blanket. The customer service is shocking, and they are ignoring their legal obligations. I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs!

I have shopped many times from this…cheating customers.

I have shopped many times from this place and tried paying by card so can save receipts. Recently bought items were not working $120 worth.so needed exchange they never exchanged.
I requested a Halloween inflatable $8 from bins same items were kept for $30 at front upon request they said yes for exchange.my 10 yr old child grabbed $30 inflatable same colour same size same brand stuff only few were left we were checking them all they were brought at the front to check none of them were good. Inspite that lady could have said it’s $30 item she blamed us we are trying to mix her stuff when they were already same .when I told her it wasn’t the intention to mix the product my child brought from front she kept yelling not listening to customers and didn’t pay attention to the stuff worth $100 sold not working never got exchanged and didn’t accepted her all inflatables were bad . She insulted my child and me telling we were trying to mix her stuff while not paying attention $100 items were not working and she didn’t exchange. Have never experienced something like this before. Not a genuine place nor a genuine person. Still carry all the receipts and missing parts stuff . Never going again because of few people. Found same inflatable at spirit Halloween .

I was sold faulty garden furniture that…

I was sold faulty garden furniture that has 3 parts missing . I emailed straight away to be told they could not do anything. I was offered a partial refund which I agreed to and I would use to buy the missing parts 18 emails later I still don’t have me refund and they will not respond to me . Please do not buy from the company they should not be allowed to trade . I am seeking advice from trading standards and a solicitor.

Enormous amount plastic packaging

Absolutely horrified when I opened my parcel. There must have been about 20 foot of blue plastic packaging. Don't you care how bad it is for the environment and that is not biodegradable. At least Amazon use brown paper.

eWaste with poor customer support

Very poor customer support - selling ewaste. Purchased a heated blanket and the controller broke within months - this was replaced after much much hustle and being ignored. Controller broke again - no support now past 12months. Don’t sell spare parts to products that are known to develop a fault.

Faulty Throw... After multiple emails…

Faulty Throw... After multiple emails attempting to get the throw returned within 30 days, they eventually provided me a return label; however, it took 4 weeks to receive refund; this appears to be an excessively tough procedure that should not be!! If CAB had acted to protect my rights, I wonder if I would have received a refund!!!

heated overblanket

Bought a heated overblanket for my son for Christmas and did not fully warm up, emailed customer services and was advised to send it back, I had to pay for postage as out of the 30 days. I was sent back a blanket that had obviously been used by someone else, very strong smell of dogs, stains on and hair on the blanket, also the label had been cut out. I emailed back and forth, my reply was the blanket was washable, the blanket was disgusting, after many emails getting nowhere, just kept replying this was the blanket that I had sent. I truly find this service apalling that they would even look at that blanket and think it is ok to send out someone!! AVOID

Ordered a heated blanket from them

Ordered a heated blanket from them. Within 10 months the controller stopped working so no more heat. They supplied me with another controller as it was under guarantee. Within another few months the controller again wouldn’t work so I contacted them and they refused to send another controller as they said the heated throw was now out of guarantee but the controller itself was only a few months old and still under warranty. Not got anywhere with their customer service team and even emailed their CEO but no reply.

Fast delivery, great prices

I ordered Villeroy and Boch items at a much lower price than Amazon. The items I received were Villeroy and Boch but with mugs rather than dip bowls. This was an easy mistake to make as the Villeroy boxes were identical. I contacted customer services by email, they replied immediately , sent a returns label and dispatched the correct items which I received within a couple of days. This was customer service at its best and I am delighted with my items. I will certainly buy from them again and with confidence.

I was sceptical without any need.

Was I sceptical = Yes, should I have been = Maybe, Did I need to be ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!
I was looking for hanging baskets and this store came up on search results with a great price for 2 so I clicked on, got a 5% discount voucher for sending email and found exactly what I wanted. As PayPal was one of the payment methods they take I knew it would be safe. I saw some great bargains so filled my trolley.
Posted if you don't go to free minimum spend limit (£25) is only £3.95. I placed my order 1st February 24 and received it today the 3rd February 24. Products are fab. Thank you WeeklyDeals4Less I'll see you again soon.

Brilliant prices ,amazing goods

I just love this company ,I was looking for a silent night self heating Matress topper and it was double the price elsewhere,I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the price so I ordered it straight away along with some other items and when they arrived I was thrilled with them ,I have made another 2 purchases since and will continue to do so ,I told my daughter about this company and my daughter made a purchase as well,I’m so glad I happened to to find weekly deals just by chance ,I’m always checking to see if they have new stuff in ,.

Guarantee, What Guarantee?

I bought a pan set from these people, after a few months the thin non-stick surface, inside and out, deteriorated. The pans are made from basic steel, and are now rusting.
I sent them an email, and the reply was they were out of warranty (30 days). This is a blatant disregard to the Consumer Rights Act. As a retailer, they have developed 'Teflon shoulders'. Another case of buyer beware.
