Honourable company.
All pretty good with the booking process apart from missing emails that eventually surfaced about 5 hours later.

I call customer service this morning due to the fact I had made my payment some days ago and had not recd my confirmation or itinerary. I am used to booking my own trips but never had a problem with the booking. The customer service Rep I talk with had 0 patience while trying to explain to her what happen. Telling her I did not have any info going forward it was like she did not believe me. Also while trying to ask her certain questions about the trip I was constantly cut off with her trying to talk over me. I ask her several times about the boarding pass and as she was telling me the process I told her I was trying to write down the steps and ask her to repeat do I could write this down, then she got an attitude with her voice changing up. I had to tell her I was not a not a speed writer that is why I ask. I am 65 years old and love to travel. As a Customer Rep for any Job you are going to deal with people of all ages with specific questions and needs.

Booking was difficult, wouldn't accept 2 rooms - so booked 1 room, then tried to book another. However wouldnt accept the 2nd room booking. Rang and was advised that hotel wouldnt accept 2 rooms! So we booked the 2nd room direct (including flights) and this worked out cheaper.
The sales adviser was friendly, but unhelpful and didnt call me back as promised - I had to chase up and phone again.

Booked through weekend.com a short break at the Clayton hotel Ballsbridge Dublin. Arrangements excellent went without a hitch. Hotel well located and of a high standard. Staff most obliging, room fine and meals good. Would highly recommend this package.
