My airport transfers were “lost”

My airport transfers were “lost” during transmission between weekend.com and the airline. The airport transfers to/from Stansted and London cost almost as much as my flight and I never received my transfers.

I’m disappointed with the experience so…, hope the break is better than the booking

I’m disappointed with the experience so far, I booked a trip to Copenhagen, I expected an Itinerary by email, however I didn’t receive anything, I chased this up via email, I was sent reservation codes for the airline, still no hotel detail or check in. When I tried to access the Flights using the codes they didn’t work, I’ve sent another email asking the obvious questions, I hoping when it’s all sorted the break is much better than the booking experience.

Booking procedure.

Tried to book our holiday via the Website, but would not let me. Spoke directly to Mark in the office who was very helpful and booked the holiday for us.
Polite & explained the terms and conditions etc.
Not impressed with the Website, but Marc was great to deal with.

It is absolutely ironic that I was sent…

It is absolutely ironic that I was sent an email regarding my service with this company. This was my first time using this site to plan my spring break trip and put in my April dates. Then turned from 139euro to informing me of a change to 189euro but we decided to proceed. Booked our trip and then correctly booked our rental car on rentalcar.com. Waited 15 mins for receipt so that I could forward to my husband only to see Feb dates for the trip. I immediately called their office and was told no. Computer error was. Show on their part but they could offer me a 30% refund of my 800 euro. Are you fricking kidding me?! I tried not to lose my cool but this company has something up or just horrible policies. I know I never selected Feb and now I am stuck with a trip that I can not attend or provided with a 250 refund from a 800 buck trip that I noticed was wrong within 15 mins. Will not ever trust this company

would have liked prior information that…

would have liked prior information that foreign bank involved (which I don't mind) but my credit card would not process; took a lot of effort also would have wanted to know baggage policy beforehand

This sight has great offers if you can…

This sight has great offers if you can fly last minute. It is very user friendly. I had to call customer support about a mistake I made on my reservation. They picked up quickly and were very helpful and polite. I will use Weekend.com again!

Will definitely use this company again.

The arrangements for the holiday itself were excellent and telephone queries were answered promptly. The 2 small hiccups however concerned the booking process itself. Using my Safari browser the booking was not acknowledged and I was told by ‘weekend’ to use a different browser, by which time the holiday price had increased. Secondly, I phoned twice for an email confirmation but did not receive one and this is needed for the flight booking reference for boarding cards! However the price and quality of the holiday mean that I will definitely use ‘weekend’ again.

This was super easy to do

This was super easy to do, however I couldn’t seem to find a way to pay in a lump sum. All in all though v pleased with price and how easy the site was to access/use.

Had problems booking at first because…

We had a wonderful time on this trip. Great hotel situated in Tribeca.The Hotel folks were kind and helpful. We were very annoyed with Spirit Airlines, as they charged us $49 for a standard carry on luggage. They nickel and dime everyone
