Very disappointing experience with Wedding Bazar.

It has been almost a year since I registered, and I have not received a single genuine lead. During onboarding, they made big promises about quality leads and support, but none of that was delivered.

Customer service is poor and unresponsive. Feels like false commitments were made just to sell the package.

Would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for real business growth.

Had a worst experience ever working with them...
Their whole team conned me into buying the subscription later not completing their commitments... they don't even pick up the call after u purchase the plan... further I have been send false / wrong leads ( from different plan) n yet they added these leads... when u asked for a call with their superior I was denied even that and in they end they have expired my plan as according to they they have send me 80% of the committed leads which wasn't even the half of it..... I would not recommend anyone to purchase / buy their subscription... Complete waste of money

100% Fraud compay.I took their decoration Lead and paid 35400/-.After payment no respond .
I complaint against them in consumer forum.

Very bad service Sevice and worst portal, always cheats vendors in policy. What they commit while selling package they will not respond their sales team is big fraudulent and lyer they commit everything false to sell you package if you don't take, forcefully they will harrest in night till 12.00pm on call and messages to take package. Once you booked after that they will never attend your call ... 3rd time I m cheated on trusting them again and again... Akansha lohani is from sales team please humble request to all readers and vendors never take package from her she is biggest lyer her each commitment is false .. she makes you fool very smartly under God promises... Initially company was good in sevice ..but now worst amongst all portal..
They have directly stoped my last 37 paid leads for no reason, account manager supporting us saying you are right ... But company policy has no answer ... Forced me to take new package to get previous leads.... Now from 3months after new package only 10 leads arrived 7. Leads fraud.. till now I have not received any confirmation message from company of taking new package nor they reply on calls .. .. no way to take any kind of help from their portal..totally money waste

Wedding Bazaar is a big time fraud. Save yourselves and please please don’t put your money in them. They will call you 4-5 times a day until you have paid and then they will not pick your 1 call. No one responds, literally no one. Forget about the leads, the people are so rude they don’t even clear doubts about why your app is not working. It’s been a month I have had zero leads and I am unable to post any pictures on my profiles and the team doesn’t care about it at all. My agent RAKHI PAWAR doesn’t respond and she was so sweet before i paid the full amount. Please please don’t invest in this, they tell people that bad reviews are from other company people but now i see how much they torture with ignorance, i mean i have given so much money for what..? Nothing, it’s worthless. Don’t recommend wedding bazaar at all

Worst company .. I took their advertising package for Wedding Photography .. and i got very few leads from them .. i must have complained 10 times to them .. but they dont care at all .. especially my account manager Abhyuday

I have registered with wedding bazaar from last 5 months. They have promised me 30 leads. My account manager is Mangla gauri is such a bad client relationship manager who doesn’t know how to talk with their customers. She doesn’t even care to respond. Other girl Jahanvi was very sweet until I have registered with them and now she has blocked my number. I have been chasing them since last 3 months that I am not getting leads but no one care to reply or help out with the same. Also the leads that I was getting are junk. Not even a single person has responded. Their app is such a joke that their is no way that you will get help out of that. Firsly they shoud work upon their team then they should make fool out of people. Don’t trust them and waste your money. Fraud people.
