Popped in to look for dresses today amazing service, Lauren selected perfect dresses from a chat with me and found the perfect dress. So lovely all the staff and excellent service.

Thank you for such a great experience, everyone was so lovely and Denise really looked after me. I didn't really know what kind of dress I was looking for but Denise brought a few option for me to try and by the end of my visit I had found my dream dress. The whole experience was very relaxed and i never felt rushed or pressured.

My whole experience from beginning to end was lovely. My dress assistant Denise was wonderful, she made me feel comfortable, asked me about exactly what I wanted for my dress and left out no details. Denise was so welcoming to all of my family I had with me. She came with dresses exactly what I had described and was so helpful and supportive during the whole process. She also made the experience very personal to myself which I loved. I walked away with my perfect dress for my Disney Wedding!!

Aswell as Denise, all of the staff where so lovely and kind and made you feel so good about yourself in the dresses, they would all give you lovely comments as they walked past. There was one woman (I can’t remember her name) who came over as she was also obsessed with Disney world and I was able to share all my excitement with her and we had lovely conversations about it.

Holly was an absolute star in helping me find my dream dress, she listened to what I wanted, made me feel at ease instantly and made the whole experience perfect for me and my family.

I went to try on dresses at Wed2b not expecting to find my dress but I found it thanks to Brogan and the team. I turned up at 10am scared that there would be a queue out the door but I was the first one in and had the store to myself at the start and when other people turned up I barely even noticed they were there. I went in with an open mind but had an idea of what I would like. I was really nervous for my appointment and felt a bit overwhelmed when trying on the first dress. I felt like I couldn’t decide if I liked the dress because it was so unusual to have a wedding dress on but Brogan and the other girls let me take my time in my first dress to look at it at different angles and just get used to being in a dress. I explained what type of dress I would love but was scared i wouldn’t suit it however Brogan took the comments from the other dresses and I found my dress! I was also cautious about the price but everything I got was within my budget. I would definitely recommend Web2b to anyone!

Absolutely loved the girl who helped us find my dream dress. She knew so much and all of the dresses by name! She made me feel comfortable and confident but didn’t give her own opinion unless I looked happy and she said “you seem to love this one and you do look amazing” really uplifting. The girl who was there at the very start seemed a bit fed up of her job. Not sure if she was in a manager role but she acted like it which was a shame. She seemed a bit stand offish and didn’t make me feel comfortable. Thank goodness for the second girl!

The staff were lovely and helpful, and I felt no pressure to find a dress. The only thing I’d say is that there were no where near as many dresses as they have online - most stock are quite extravagant dresses and they lacked in more minimalist ones (even though their website shows some lovely ones) and they can’t confirm where has stock for you to try. Otherwise, a lovely store with fantastic staff!

I absolutely loved my experience at wed2b. There was plenty of space for my family to sit and enjoy the experience too. The range of dresses was fantastic. The ladies who looked after me were very attentive and listened really well. I loved revealing me in my dresses, I felt very special. It was an emotional experience and I absolutely love, love, love my dress. Thank you.

Lovely helpful staff that make you feel welcome and relaxed from the minute you walk through the door. Lizzie served me and had the patience of a saint she was very helpful without putting any pressure on me to choose or purchase any extras. Would highly recommend!!

Lizzie was great, very patient and let me try on lots to get a feel for what I wanted. Lovely shop, great selection and fantastic service. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Wed2B in Newcastle! My consultant Lillie was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and made me so comfortable! She listened to every detail I asked for in a dress and fully supported me and my family in the decision to buy my dress! Couldn't fault her at all!

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Katie was so helpful and professional at all times. As an older bride I was very nervous but was made to feel at ease straight away. The girls we absolutely amazing! They fully make you feel fantastic and ensure you have a wonderful time trying on dresses. Issy was just lovely and made the whole experience the best. She knew the dresses and even through some curve balls in which we’re very highly thought of! The others lovelies popping in too to add to the experience! And I said YES so that says it all!!

Katie was lovely and very helpful had been to a previous shop for hours walked in to here bought first dress .

Attended Wed2b today to look at dresses, from the moment I walked in I instantly felt comfortable. Lauren made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to take the process in my stride without getting over whelmed.

She listened to all thoughts I had on dress and the desired design and overall look, she pulled it out of the bag by showing me a dress that I would have never thought to consider and it turned out it was the perfect dress. So much so it brought me to tears and I instantly knew it was the dress for me.

I cannot thank the team enough and especially Lauren, an amazing consultant with an abundance of patience and care towards the bride and their family.

Holly helped us get my dress picked. She said most people find their dress within the first 4 and I really didnt believe her, but she brought me my dress on the 3rd try. As an autistic woman I expected to be overwhelmed the whole time, but she listened and did exactly what I asked for and made the whole experience really laid back. Do go early on a weekday if you can. I went back to get my dress midday on a Saturday and it was packed. First thing Friday morning was much calmer.

I got my "the one" dress from your Gateshead shore last April for my upcoming wedding this July. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Roxie was so calming and friendly she made me feel at ease. She knew exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend wed2be to all the brides. I even got my 4 bridesmaids their dresses from here also in January. Again lovely experience. Even though the store was busy we weren't rushed.
