I had a lovely experience here from the moment I arrived. As it was my first time wedding dress shopping, I was quite nervous and honestly had no idea what styles would actually suit me, but Chloe made the experience feel so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and really listened to everything I liked and didn’t like without making me feel pressured at all. What I appreciated most was how honest and knowledgeable she was. She encouraged me to try on styles I wouldn’t normally have picked for myself, and it actually helped me realise that what I thought I wanted was completely different to what suited me best. Even though I didn’t find my dress during this appointment, I came away feeling more confident and excited about continuing the search because I now have a much clearer idea of what I’m looking for. The whole experience felt really personal and special, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping brides feel comfortable and confident. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone starting their wedding dress journey.

We went in wasn’t expecting to be seen straight away which we did, lizzie was great very patient made me feel at ease and I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, I tried on 4 more but didn’t compare, first wedding dress shop we came to and I bought it straight away fantastic service and fantastic staff also, thankyou

Chloe was fantastic throughout and found my dress first time!!
She clearly loves her job and has great knowledge.
Both ladies made the experience enjoyable and no stress throughout.

From the moment I entered it was very warm and welcoming and professional Loved how Cynthia asked me all the right questions about my vision for my dress the shape the material everything once I was took to the fitting area the first dress I fell in love with the shape when asked how I felt I knew there was just something about the top area I wasn’t liking due to insecurities and she understood my vision I tried one more dress for my mother to see and then by the third dress I knew that that was the dress for me I’m so happy to have come here to wed2b first considering I’d never been to any other shops before I loved the vibe and energy given in the shop and I said yes to my dress

Im absolutely over the moon with the quality of the dresses however the coat hangers very poor quality and I thought nice quality bag to carry the dresses home in would have been a great opportunity to advertise your buisness.

I had my dress shopping experience with the lovely Chloe. She listened to exactly what I wanted and we rated dresses 1 to 5. 1 being nope get off and 5 being this is my dress. This helped me figure out exactly which dress was for me. We tried dresses on which I asked for and one which was different to ensure the vision I had was what I felt comfortable in. I felt very nervous going in but Chloe helped calm my nerves and was so lovely helping me get in and out of the dresses and just made me feel that bit more comfortable. I said yes to the dress thanks to Chloe

My appointment was 5 star from the minute we walked in, the staff were amazing so friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and i said yes to the dress. I would highly recommend this Wed2b in Middlesbrough

Very calm experience, Chloe was lovely and made me feel very comfortable.

The time and effort put in by chloe was fantastic. She was very professional but also put me at ease straight away

Lily was so kind and helpful and made my experience the best it could possibly be. I popped in recently without the proper time to try on everything so she made an effort to accommodate me in a short time, then I came back on one of her working days to have a proper appointment with her and I'm so glad I did. She was so patient and understanding, and gave me really helpful advice. She didn't make me feel swayed in any direction and made me and my mam feel SO special. I'd recommend her to anybody! Lily went the extra mile and remembered everything about me from first meeting and it felt a very personal appointment.

The rest of the staff in the shop were lovely too, and one even remembered me from the previous time I'd been in even though we'd only passed at the desk. Thank you so much!

We had Paula at the Middlesbrough store who helped me choose the perfect dress for my perfect day. Her attention to detail was amazing she took her time and really listened to what my concerns and needs were. Couldn’t recommend any one better.

I had the best experience at Wed2be in Middlesbrough.
I firstly went with my mum and bought a dress. I asked them if I could be a hush bride and return with some of my wedding party. This was all arranged and I was booked in.
When I went back, they made sure my wedding party weren't aware I had already been. I explained that I now wasn't certain if the dress I had initially bought was the right one. Teresa reassured me and said we would find 'The One', and she did not disappoint. She listened to everything I said I wanted.
I tried 6 dresses on all together, all of which were amazing but she had kept one to the side, and when I asked if there was a particular dress, it was that one. Its like she knew what I needed. I put it on and everyone cried, and I just knew. Teresa made me feel comfortable, reassured and beautiful.
I was so worried about the whole experience of going wedding dress shopping, with not being a size 14 bride, but I was covered at all times and even when I had to remove my bra, she ensured she helped me back into it before getting into another dress.
She is very knowledgeable and knows what exactly what she is talking about, and could even give me instructions for my seamstress.
When I left there she had made me feel a million dollars, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. She's made me excited to show my dress off to everyone on the day of my wedding.

I was served by Chloe and she was amazing!
I felt conscious having to have my top half showing when getting in and out of dresses but Chloe was amazing, made me feel so comfortable which is a big thing for me!
Throughout the whole experience it felt like Chloe was part of it, she was in the excitement and emotion throughout which made me feel even more comfortable with her.

I went with three of my bridesmaids to go wedding dress shopping and the ladies working on the floor were absolutely lovely. Lilly took care of us and she was patient and knew exactly what I wanted and needed without me being able to explain properly. She picked me out the perfect dress instantly. She was such a lovely girl. Highly recommend going here for the best wedding dress experience!

I visited the Middlesbrough store today for day two of dress shopping. All the staff were lovely, nothing was to much for them. I felt so relaxed and looked after and walked away with my dream dress! Lily was amazing understood my vision and made me feel amazing.

From walking in the doors I was made to feel welcome and valued . Nothing was ever too much and they actually listened to what I wanted . I wasn’t sure what dress style I wanted, so I put my trust in the lovely lady that helped me . wow I’m glad that I did . I have came away with the dress of my dreams and beyond happy . My advice to the store is . Don’t change a single thing you’re doing . The store is immaculately clean . Beautiful dresses in Every style and fabric you can imagine to fit any size body . Staff are professional, warm and welcoming. One of the best experiences I will ever have . I would strongly recommend if you’re self conscious about size or yourself in general this is the place to go . I came out feeling fantastic
