I visited the Exeter Wed2b store today…
I visited the Exeter Wed2b store today and my bridal expert was Zuzanna. From the beginning, she was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for someone better. Her attention to detail and friendliness made not only my experience perfect, but my bridal party’s experience enjoyable. Adding on extras to make my dress perfect made me trust her vision, and I loved all her ideas. She made me feel comfortable, heard and relaxed. I wasn’t expecting to leave with my dress, but she brought my vision to life and I’ve come home with my dress and all the extras to come with it. Thank you so much Zuzanna for an amazing experience 🩷

Positive in the moment, but be wary
I liked the optimism of the team and their ability to pick dresses in line with what you liked or didn’t like.
However upon reflection, when making the most important decision, I felt like I was persuaded and that information was withheld.
The dress I have purchased is obviously too small. Furthermore, upon purchase the returns policy was not explained or highlighted to myself or my mum. Had this been done, we likely wouldn’t have made the purchase as now I have a dress I regret purchasing that is too small and will require significant alterations at a cost which is difficult to afford. Due to the returns policy being exchange only, it has put a cloud over the whole dress buying experience and I feel we were mislead.
