Took my order on line. 6 days later after no further contact, I called them. Only to be told they can’t actually cut the length I requested.
I wonder how long I’d have had to wait to be told.
And why does their website accept an order for something they can’t do.
The lady I spoke to was polite enough.
But I now have an essential component of a project missing. And other bits I now cannot use because of that.
