Very helpful tech support experience

Have only been with webworld for a few months but they were very prompt and professional in helping me deal with some messy details I needed them to sort out. Specifically, I have a domain name via them, but I don’t have access to my domain name records, and a site I was setting up required me to keep adding all these specific little things to the DNS records. The webworld staff were very diligent and patient in doing each new thing, which took a half dozen iterations. Of course, I’d prefer if I had access myself to the DNS records, but their help was so supportive I’m ok with it.

Great service and help

Technical staff at Web World have been extremely helpful and very fast to reply to any of my queries. Always helpful and speedy in reply no matter how small or big the issue. Hosting and servers for a very competitive price. Highly recommend
