I have been really impressed with uzed. We bought a concept 2 rowing erg. There were some cosmetic issues with the first one and uzed promptly communicated with me and arranged an exchange. The new erg is amazing, highly recommend and top quality customer service, Holly was very supportive when deciding what to buy.
