**Absolute rip-off – they slash £150 off no matter what condition your phone is in**

I was really disappointed with my experience using WeBuyAnyPhone. I got an online quote for my iPhone 16 Pro, which was in excellent condition – no scratches, perfect battery health, and everything working flawlessly. The initial quote came back at £620, which seemed decent enough to make the sale.

I posted the phone, suddenly announced received a whatsapp messege that the phone was only worth £470. That's a **£150 deduction** for absolutely no reason. The guy behind the counter just shrugged and said it was "standard valuation adjustment."

I asked why, especially since the phone was basically pristine, and he gave some vague nonsense about "market conditions" and "final assessment." It was clear this is just their standard practice – they lure you in with a high quote and then hammer you with a massive reduction regardless of the actual condition. If you don't agree to the price they'll charge you £10 for the return.

Never again. Save yourself the frustration.

OMG! I was going to send my iPhone to this company but I was very jubilant because of the high price they offered me and now reading the reviews I’m keeping well away from them. They’re praying on the fact you have to pay them to return it. Bad business practices which will result in them losing customers.

Not happy with the valuation that I eventually received for my phone but Mohit was very pleasant and helpful with arranging the return of my phone .

**UPDATE** The reply below from them states phone has been returned which actually isn’t correct- as they had me over a barrel I felt I had no choice but to accept crappy offer!! Obviously a standard scripted reply!!
Received way below original offer when looking on comparison site. When ringing to question took 20 minutes to answer call. The man that answered was very polite, & dealt with my query.
Just be aware if you state good ( no other choice other than not working or poor) they downgrade to pretty good condition which drastically decreases offer if you decline you have to pay postage!

If i could give zero stars I would!
Do not touch thia company with a 12ft barge pole!
Theu couldn't sell me device because apparently it isn't a UK model.
It took 2 weeks to get back to me with various tracking numbers because of technical difficulties with sending the phone back their end.
Ive received it back today and tried to load all my stuff back onto it, reset the phone and its asking for a screen lock. I erased everything when I sent them the phone including the screen lock. They have sent the phone back knowing full well as soon as I restarted it I would be locked out

They will NOT offer you stated price on website. Sent my phone and was insanely lowballed. Initially lowballed from £493 to £370 then even lower to £170.

Phone was in perfect condition and after the first lowball i asked for video/image to which they provided and then lowballed me even further saying "the screen is raised" when they couldn't prove any light wear.
