My Samsung s24 was in pristine condition and initial offer was £316 the somehow reviewing the phone they offered £185. If they could half the price when in pristine condition then don't bother sending to them at all. It's a big con because I know it s worth around £300 no scratches no damage and always kept in a full case that covers front and back and had a screen protector always, it was like new.

I sent my phone back it took 10 days for an offer to be made .

My iPhone 13 was valued at £208 by the company. I bought the phone brand new 4 years ago and have looked after it extremely carefully. It has had a cover on since day one, never been dropped or damaged in any way. Having arrived with the company they came back and the offer was reduced to £55 !!
They claimed the screen was scratched (untrue), the back was also scratched (again untrue). When I said I wanted them to return the phone I was told it was going to cost me £10.75 to send it via Royal Mail Tracked. After a lot of chats they relented and as a ‘good will gesture’ they dropped the charge. That was the only positive thing to come out of the experience as far as I was concerned. I firmly believe the offer of £208 was never on the table. Please don’t waste your time with this outfit. You will never achieve the offer price

They quoted my £430 my iPhone was in immaculate condition, and they lowered the price to £290. Because I did not want to go through it all again returning in etc, I just accepted the offer, I felt I was ripped off!!

The phone was worth more than I accepted, The original offer persuaded me to go ahead, but that amount was never actually paid. By the time I found out, it was too much hassle to have the phone returned and start searching for a better price elsewhere. I feel the process was misleading, and I accepted a significantly lower amount than I had been led to expect.

Brilliant service from subham

I am giving 1 star because there is no option of zero. Do not trust them. My phone for trade in was, I knew, in mint working and presenting condition - it had never been out of the protective case and always had a screen on the front and the camera lenses. They described it as faulty with scratches everywhere and reduced their trade in offer from £257 to £70. I had it returned to me and it was exactly as I remembered, I have photos to prove this. No damage and mint condition. I went into town and sold it for £200 to the first shop I went in, they agreed it was mint.
They are liars and chancers. Sell to someone else. Dishonest and not trustworthy. Con men.

I had some queries about the offer price I received, Subham listened to them and increased the offer I received. That doesn’t always happen in situations like this so I’m grateful
