I like that she explained what she was going to look at on the vehicle and why and any tools she was going to use. She explained items she found that would require repairs to arrive at a fair value for my vehicle.

On time appointment, Francine very helpful, took care off me as soon I walked in to her office. Very helpful, courteous and great customer service. She explained very well and what it was for each document page as I was signing my documents. I was very please and will recommend you to anyone. 5STAR

Francine made my visit to sell my car accommodating and well worth my time. The entire process was simple and straight to the point, even with the fact that I was upside down with a lien attached and would have to pay the difference to be free and clear. Overall I'm impressed with the experience and would highly recommend them to my friends and family :)

I couldn’t speak with a Manager regarding the purchase price. I thought the evaluation process was a bit more than it needed to be. Perhaps I could have gotten a bit more for my car.

Also, as a person with Physical disabilities, I called to tell them I could be a bit late and was told I may need to reschedule because that location was booked solid — yet in the nearly two hours I was there, not one customer came in.

Staffs are efficient helpful and friendly

Gentleman was very nice but I waited 45 minutes and I could tell a bait and switch was coming once he started helping me . They quoted me 21900 for the car and then changed it to 21,300. Allegedly because 10 days had passed. Thanks for wasting my time. I walked for 600 more dollars.
