Pleasant and efficient personnel but using an inadequate lockbox for car keys.
Andy Kathman was efficient and straightforward. I felt comfortable in dealing with him.
However, the company-provided lockbox that he attached to the car after purchase is inadequate for "smart" keys because it lacks a Faraday shield (metal lining or equivalent). This is a criticism of the equipment, not the experience or person.
