Our online valuation is an estimate built on the information provided by the customer, and when you completed yours, you described the vehicle as having no physical or mechanical issues. Our offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal.
Your vehicle's Experian AutoCheck history discloses that it was originally built for the Canadian market and later imported into the United States, which we were unaware of from your online valuation and makes the truck much less desirable for resale in the US market.
Our OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed 8 active fault codes:

- Dents in the driver side front door and both rear quarter panels
