Stuart got us in very quickly. He pleasantly did what he need to do (take pictures, check the maintenance record, etc.) to get the approval while we were there. We walked out less than an hour later with cash already in our bank account! We know we could have tried to sell it ourselves and maybe gotten more money, but we didn't need the 15-yr-old car anymore and lying to potential buyers is not our style. So thank you so much, Stuart and WBAC, for taking it off our hands.

The process was easy. Receiving a fare price for my car was with in range of what I could have sold my vehicle to a private party.
