Easy and transparent process
The process from the initial online information to closing the deal was smooth and seamless. The offer was lower than the online quote but I had read reviews and knew to expect that. My vehicle was much older and had some flaws. I met with Than who came in to columbia to help with the late appointment. He was amazing- he was kind, professional, respectful, personable, transparent and knowledgeable. He showed me the dollar breakdown of the deductions based on the insection so I understood the final offer amount. I was able to counter the offer and my counter was accepted. I was given a $25 voucher for my Uber ride home. The location was nice and super organized and clean.

Simple and Easy
I sold my vehicle today earlier this week and the experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was knowledgeable as I didn't realize that my title was just a certificate and the lien release was not sent to me. This did not stop the process however. The regional manager, Matt, was able to call to get my lien release sent to them to resume the sale. Also the offer was negotiated to round up to the nearest thousand which was nice of them to do. Just an over all nice experience. I sold my car years ago elsewhere and wish I just took it here. Very nice staff and service!

I chose the 4 stars because no one is perfect in life! But, the representative was quick, knowledgeable, and very professional! The entire process was painless! The amount given was not what I was offered by another company but you got me on a good day since I planned on relocating the following day across country! I chose you guys to do this transaction just to get it out of the way of all other obstacles I was facing before actually leaving! But,you should check out your competitors! My experience with We Buy Any Car
I had an appointment with Matthew for noon on 1 Apr 26. I arrived at 1130 and phoned Matthew to inform him of my arrival. Within a few minutes, he met me at my car. Matthew was pleasant, professional , and knowledgeable. He explained the sell/buy process and thoroughly inspected the vehicle. After the inspection, he invited me inside to discuss his findings and made me a fair offer. I accepted and was on my way within an hour. I called an Uber to get back home. Matthew even provided a $25 Uber voucher to put towards the cost of the ride home. I had no idea the transaction would go so smoothly.
I am very pleased to say the least!
