On multiple occasions of visiting the…

On multiple occasions of visiting the Yate store. I have had been over charged on things that show a clear price on the sticker. The worst part is the staff act like I'm wrong for wanting at the price that it's stickered then they tell me " well it's this price now " No it's not you can refund it and then they decide to let me have it for the correct price that is on the sticker. This is happened to me multiple times that I have to check everything myself when checking out in store.

I was given a call for around £90 for…

I was given a call for around £90 for games and controllers I sent the items in and I got paid £35 without even notifying me if there was an issue which they shouldn’t have been so you’re underpaid me but quoted very different me on games

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry to know that you were not happy with our testing procedure as the payment was processed.

However, may I inform you that we do update the customer for changes in payment, changes in grade, or pricing related to a particular item. Here, in this case, there were multiple items. Some of them cleared the test, hence the payment was done. Some of them did not clear the test, hence they were dispatched back to you.

Hence, here there was no need to contact you, as this was not related to a change of payment. It was just that whichever items cleared, we had processed the payment for them.

We deal in used items, and one of the crucial checks in our testing parameters is to ensure no data belonging to the previous owner is left behind. Data deletion and account removal are mandatory before getting any item for a sale, where, after suggesting that customers do this, we then do another courtesy check.

Along with this, we have testing guidelines in place where the functionality of the item is checked, and only once it passes the set parameters, it is purchased and sold forward. I would like to assure you that this case has been forwarded to the respective management of the store involved, and based on the final findings, a procedural assessment will be undertaken.

My very first purchase and first time…

My very first purchase and first time to buy at CeX and its online, I was very excited but sadly I received a wrong item that belongs to someone for his receipt was inside the parcel and my name and address on it. Surely both wasted time and money to bring these wrong items to the nearest CeX. How do you plan to console or win back your customer?

Experience of CEX products and services

All of the packages I receive are secure beyond what is expected, the parcels I receive are to the standard and often exceed the standard advertised and having been in stores and spoken to colleagues there is a real love for tech and games in this company that is noticed and appreciated as a consumer.
