I forgot my password
I forgot my password. It was such a hurry, the change over from Servage I mean, and I was very busy at the time. Trying to get back in has been a disaster. To change a password you have to know another one.
I have not had email since February, but have been using gmail. They say that the site is in English as well as Swedish, but I often couldn't find how to do it. I have given up. Oh yes, it's very expensive too. I've now erased it from my Macbook Pro and iPhone. Expensive mistake.

Expensive and horrible web hosting company
I have been a happy customer of Servage.net since 2010. However, since Loopia Group acquired Servage, all my domains, data, configurations, etc. were (attempted) moved to websupport.se in the most unprofessional way, while the hosting cost has been multiplied by five. The websupport.se platform is lousy and seems to be down very often.
I'm moving to another provider, and would warn anybody who considers websupport.se to stay far far away!

Excellent support team!!!
I was someone who was transferred from Servage to Websupport SE about 3-4 months ago and yes, there have been a few hiccups along the way - new system, new support, new everything. In addition to that, one of my domains is partly with websupport and part with Wix. But rather than all of the negativity, I’d like to put out a big positive shout out to Noah and Hampus and Emanuel of the tech support team who have worked very hard - including some weekends - to try and resolve some of my (and very likely others) very tricky support tickets. Their contributions are extremely valuable and - as I say - even though it was a very abrupt swap over from Servage to Websupport (for what reason, I’m not sure), the team was there, they hit the ground running and they ensured it was as smooth a transition as possible. Also, for those who were with Servage, something else I’ve noticed is that you now can downgrade if Servage’s one size fits all doesn't work for you. Highly recommended.
Avoid at all Costs
I was with Servage.net who unfortunately sold out to websupport, firstly all my sql tables didn’t get migrated, then opencart wouldn’t work (privilege error due to websupport not setting up redirects correctly) .
The best bit is when I emailed them asking for help after 7 days they said “sorry we can’t help” which concidering there name is “web support” is pretty ironic, in the end I had to hack opencart to different directory.
Next I tried ftp, doesn’t work , emailed “websupport” and currently no reply for 3 days (email is the only support mechanism, no ticketing system, no realtime chat.
Basically they are complete crap ( their ui is also slow and unusable on mobile) and im looking for a new hoster.
Beyond awful experience, avoid at all costs

Website is down & doesn't reply, they have closed all support channels, no chat, phone or email replies. No information from the company about any migration process and how this would affect customers. On top of it all they hiked their prices. Website has been for more than a month.

Update: 2024-03-04 - 17 days later. Nothing has changed.
Update: 2024-02-25 - 10 days later. Nothing has changed.
I was on Crystone. Suddenly, 2024-02-17, my sites stopped working. They are still down. On phone the recorded voice says there is a migrating process going on and tells me to mail or chat. The chat is down and nobody is answering calls. Of course I've been mailing but WS:s sporadic promises are worthless. I'm lost in the middle of nowhere. I'm loosing my customers. This is horrible.

I have just been migrated without any control to WebSupport after their parent company Loopia purchased/ acquired Servage.net of which I had been with about 10 years.
Unfortunately my websites are down and I am unable to get through by telephone and the chat service doesnt work.
I sent an email and just got a response that they are busy and will get back to me, I have no idea when.
All my SEO is going to pot after 15 years and my three company websites that provide all my customers are not working. I am left with a landing page that basically says the site is down and it might be becasue I havent paid my invoice???
So not only are my websites down, but it looks like I don't pay my bills either. Reputationally this is unacceptable!
So far my uptime with Websupport/ Loopia is currently 0%!!!! AVOID (UNLESS YOU DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE LIKE ME)!!!!
Who knows when anybody wil get back to me... It may be quicker just to move my sites over to a new provider.
A contract never ends
One year ago i tried to start een webpage with a domainname. I ordered a service and a domainname. But for a domainname of my choice i needed to give all my private information included an full copy of my id card and proof where i lived. I refused that and decided to go to an other provider strato.de where i did not need all this sensitive informatie and with succes. I asked my money back and asked to stop, but this organisation dont wanna stop. One year later they take again 65 euro from my bankaccount by simplepay without stop the service. The clientservice start sending all kinds long stories, but you need to choose this firm for live. After this review the client support promised to give me my money back. So far so good.
