Quality product.

I have been a customer of Webstaurant since 2016. I cannot say enough good things about this company, Fast Service. High Quality products, and an enormous variety of items to fulfill the needs of any kind of food service establishment. The Plus program makes it possible to buy more and pay less for shipping. I have also found the customer service to be phenomenal. The prices are more than reasonable which makes it easier for smaller food service companies to have what they need on hand.

The two-day shipping provided from the Plus Program helps keep those products in stock and if you do not use at least as much as the monthly amount, you will be refunded he difference. In addition there are other benefits from the Plus option, cash back and a half-price monthly Plus payment if you have a Webstaurant credit card.

It does not matter if you have a small company like my Mountain Flower Bakery, or if you are a chain with multiple locations, the service and quality are no different.

This is the only place I go to buy my Tabasco products.

Please be careful to make sure the store does not include you in their plus membership, unless you truly want it. It will not be marked or referenced in your order confirm and you will not get any information on the program or a thanks for opting in email- these are the perks. You will be silently charged a recurring $99/mo. And they will not refund you when you realize this recurring fee on your statement. The lack of transparency in their handling of this program is incredibly concerning to me as a consumer.

webstaurant has been a great partner. quick shipping, quality customer service, and great selection. Its my go to for all my supplies. I also love the plus program. I save way more in shipping costs than the monthly fee to have the program and the special pricing I get on top is like an extra bonus. Keep up the good work webstaurant team!

The problem is not ordering product, it's receiving the product. Every time I order glassware, there is always a certain percentage that arrive broken. Packing inside the boxes is insufficient to absorb transport, therefore resulting in multiple broken glasses in every box. Getting replacements is easy but also inconvenient in terms of being a waste of my time and counterproductive.

I'm an existing customer. I purchased a very expensive commercial sink from them in around 2021. Their customer service was excellent. We had a slight problem on some damage on the product and they very very promptly took care of the issue completely by shipping a new unit very quickly. Their pricing is excellent& they always have what I'm looking for.

First time using your business. After looking and looking i found what I hope is the problem . Popcorn kettle wasn't getting hot.
