Literally zero customer service. Beware.
I’m sorry but I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my email questions about when I can expect the delivery of items ordered in early May (it’s now late June). I am not unhappy with the delay necessarily, but the utter lack or a response has me thinking I need to file a fraud report. I would not have rated pic2pay except I just got an email asking for a rating (even though they have never responded to direct questions) so, okay fine. I’ll rate.

The delivery had some delay but the result is worth waiting for!
I placed my order on May 11th and it was delivered today, 16 days later. I was a bit worried at first when my order was not delivered within 6 days as promised and when it took Pic2Pat several days to answer my mails. That’s why I gave four stars and not five. Apart from the delay in delivery, everything is perfect and deserves five stars. The translation from my picture to a pattern is high quality. The materials (more than 200 different strands of DMC) were easy to order with just one click and the package contained everything I ordered.

Sorry for the delay in the delivery. The package was sent as a letterbox package. There is no detailed tracking information available for letterbox packages. This makes difficult to trace its current location without a formal request to the postal service. If your order doesn't arrive within a week, please contact and your order will be refunded.
Based on your experience, Germany will be added to the list of countries where tracked packages are mandatory to prevent this from happening again.

The package information has been provided by email, including a picture of the package.
The barcode is UE191930054NL. This is an untracked barcode (see the U in the barcode) because parcels to the Dominican Republic cannot be tracked by PostNL. The parcels are scanned during the process at several locations as I mentioned to you by email, but this information is not available online for the sender or receiver. But I offered you to ask the Postal Service to start an investigation about the current status.

I have used the pattern service twice now and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the patterns that were created. However the second time I purchased the embroidery cotton from their online service which was very easy to do but my goodness the package was a long time coming.
