ZERO STARS FOR THESE SCAMMERS! They pretended to be the People's Postcode Lottery & charged me £2 P&P supposedly for a charity fundraising Advent Calendar. Then they sent me an "invoice" saying "Following the conclusion of the promotional period, a charge of £39.95 will be applied to your account every 14 days. This order is part of an ongoing subscription plan." The name on the invoice is Cove Flow Limited of Camberley, GU15 3AJ.
I immediately contacted my bank, which has blocked all payments to them, and reported them to the police/actionfraud

This is a terrible scam. They won't answer, reply and they have been taking 110 from my Account for months. I have just found it. Even when I sent an email to question and require them to stop doing so, they still took the money again today!! I have had to contact my bank/ fraud squad about them.

I have recently been scammed by this disreputable bunch - no idea I was dealing with them - thought I was dealing with SHEIN through FACEBOOK!!!
I will NEVER buy another thing through FACEBOOK either because my bank informed me that a company called MALL OF MARS whom I had purchased a mobile lanyard for a few pounds a couple of months ago had attempted to effect a charge of £79.99 recently!!
Perhaps I should make Facebook aware of this, as after reading the reviews I noted many of the adverts I have seen. Will seek advice from my Bank Fraud Team today!!
Shocking, despicable humans who engage in this kind of thing!!
I am pleased to advise that I received a full refund after talking with an American gentleman at Web Brody - a web designer company. When I asked where the company was based he informed me that they were in Suffolk which is where Bury St Edmunds is!!! At the time I thought they were different. He also informed me that I had actually visited their website - I have done so now + would never have engaged with this company as I have no need of a Web Designer. Their premises leave a lot to be desired as well. Only my opinion I would say!!! Think I might have just struck lucky this time getting a refund as there are other things that just do not add up in this situation!!
Be careful!!

Scammers. Told I'd won a prize for completing Boots survey. Looked legit. All I had to do was pay £2 postage. When I got invoice through it said I'd paid £2 for 3 day trial for some sort of web service. Looked at small print and noticed I'd be charged £44 fortnightly for subscription. Furious, complete scam. Tried ringing number, guess what? No reply. Emailed, no response. Contacted fraud team at my bank. They unauthorised all transactions from Webrody. Phew. Terrible human beings. Hope they rot in hell!

Would be zero if an option! Complete scam, I noticed when I had a £1 transaction and then a payment of £44, and then 2 weeks prior the save taken from my account. Was given full refund from my bank as fraudulent but then received 2 emails from a company Webrody saying they were refunding me, on the emails were my full name and address, I have no idea how they have my address but 100% scam. Looked the company up and it was a web designer, which charged £44 a fortnight for membership, the exact amount and timings of the payments taken. Absolutely NOT legitimate!

100% scammers . Under the guise of a free Euro 2024 football , £46 was fraudulently debited from my account. Not authorised by me . Unaware . I’M AWARE NOW . Have contacted my bank . DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR BANK CARD DETAILS .

Use prize emails from different Companies to get you to sign up. Mine was I've won toolset from screwfix. Lucky I realised and cancelled my subscription. Spoke to them on the phone and cancelled my subscription. They denied all knowledge. 100% scam.

I was checking my bank statements last week and discovered that this company had taken money from my account without my permission. When I made enquiries, I was told that I had received an email with regards to the transaction. Well I did not, have not and have never even heard of this company before. I don't need any web designs done for me, as I haven't got a business and I certainly DID NOT give permission for the money to be taken. I did however get them to cancel any membership, that was claimed I started, but I am out of pocket by 62GDP for something I don't want or need. Please be careful with your personal information......it gets used for all sorts. I thought mine was safe, clearly NOT!
