This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I ordered two cars for my mums funeral they arrived late after numerous calls. when they arrived one of them demanded cash payment before anyone could enter the car. The limo's were old and extremely dirty, sticky and there were flies all over the inside of the car. Some people refused to get into the car but others had no choice as the funeral directors were running out of time with the horses as they had arrived late. The driving was appalling and one passenger hurt her neck. On the way back from the cemetery they stopped the car that was filled with mainly kids and left them 5 mins away from the venue. They were suppose to be driving back to where we were picked up. I am looking to take action and have written to them several times and they ignore.
on company house they have changed name of ownership may times. They are the worst inconsiderate people I have ever come across and they like to be paid in cash obviously to avoid the tax man. i intend to pursue this and have just left it for a while as we were still grieving. please do not use this company, avoid them at all cost.

We booked a through these guys to take us new years evening and then pick us up in the morning. On the way there everything was fine they were on time to picking us up and the journey was good (the driver was quite a poor driver but it didn’t matter too much and we thought he was nice enough). On the way back he was 45 minutes late to picking us up which meant all 15 of us were standing in the cold in a car park waiting. About halfway home he then proceeded to ask us to pay a tip of £10 each as he had allowed us to vape (only half of us vape). We got some money out (£100) as we just wanted to get home but we weren’t going to give him £150 as we just wanted to get home. We got to our first drop off on the way home and 3/4 of us got out, he then refused to drop the remaining passengers home unless we paid him more. Baring in mind we had already paid £1040 already we couldn’t believe what we were hearing. Would not recommend.

Wish I had never booked this company. Was my wedding day I had booked months in advance. Firstly driver turned up not in the limo we ordered and didn’t even get out to open the door I thought was standard procedure! Limo was old brown carpet not cleaned, I said I had paid for champagne he gave us a warm bottle, air con didn’t work window had to stay open, didn’t know where he was going the venue was 5 miles away. Was prepared to let all that go but when we were getting out the limo my sister who was bridesmaid had all blue ink on the back of her dress which had been left on the door, this was really upsetting and stressful just before I’m suppose to be getting married. We showed the driver he’s response was well the other guy didn’t show up so I’m stand in and have come straight from another job no apology. With all due respect not our problem and definitely not the service I booked and payed for, I’m still waiting a response as the dress was completely ruined before walking down the isle and had turned what should of been a happy special occasion horrible. You would have better service booking a taxi!!!!!

Dreadful company. Ordered a white hummer for our girls Prom said it had broken down so upgrading to a larger black hummer. Dents, scratches awful state. Arrived late. Called to complain and was told “Don’t have it then send the driver away” awful customer service. Driver was lovely. Would never book again

Booked a limo for our silver wedding anniversary to take the family to see a show in London. What a disappointment! Booked well in advance and asked for email confirmation after paying deposit. Never arrived. Rang 6 times before the day just hoping everything was booked. Different limo turned up to one booked, it was 15 years old, too hot and temperature controls were on low!!! Very noisy car. Told we couldn't be dropped off where we wanted to go as the car would not get there and had to walk. On journey back, items left in the car from another 'party'. On the A2 coming back, car ran out of petrol and we were left on the side of the road while the driver went to get some. 3 lanes of still fairly heavy traffic at night, with children and no safe place to wait outside of the car. E-mailed official complaint the following day, Oct 17th. Two weeks later had no response so rang again to be fobbed off. 3 weeks after this, still no response. Couldn't get to speak to anyone in authority. Rang a further 3 times after no response to email and the bloke on the phone said nothing could be done except if I wanted him to say sorry he would!!! What an absolutely pathetic excuse for a company. How they are still trading is beyond me. DO NOT USE this firm.

Getting married and enjoying the limo was my dream as I had never sat in one. Only to be disappointed by blue tooth not working, heating too high, driver had no sense of direction and to top it up had mason calling asking for 100 pounds otherwise we would be dropped off half way. Absolutely ridiculous. No compromise and to make it worse we were taken back in the longest route ever and ended up paying £70 extra. Very rude service. Spoilt my day completely. Only 5 flute glasses provided. Very stingy. No terms and conditions discussed.

This company will treat you like a scam. Do not book with them.

Bluetooth speakers don’t appear to work with certain devices like iPhone.

They demand all money at the beginning of the journey and then extort you asking for £100 if there is a time overrun and threaten to leave you stranded or make you pay up at any cash point on your way back!

Save yourself the misery and go and book with somebody else.

Very very BAD SERVICE I booked limo for 4 hour I found broken speaker disconnect Bluetooth so many times, initially we planned to go to a temple, the driver did not know the way, we were ensured they had their best drivers. On the way back our driver took a long route which meant we weren’t going to get back in time, so they planned to threaten us by saying we would have to get out of the limo
If we didn’t pay £100, terrible service, bad experience, rude driver, very unprofessional and ruined my wedding day!! Don’t book never again

Think very carefully before using this company
I’ve booked them a couple of times, first time I gave them instructions which they didn’t follow for the journey, speakers and music kept cutting out, windows locked on a hot day. Many of the buttons didn’t work inside, I complained and they came back with excuses and a 20% discount off next use. I booked again and they promised me a far more superior car that was recently refurbished, it arrived full of crumbs on the floor, the driver was quibbling amount of payment in front of guests, lack of information on the companies part. It was sweltering in the car and the roof window wouldn’t open, loose connection to the music which provides music on a low volume that crackled all the way through that switched on and off and the speaker was broken. Friends couldn’t wait till the journey ended, it was embarrassing and shameful, and a complete waste of money and completely ruined the night, you order a black car and they send you white every time. I would of had a better time in a taxi. I complained again, I received a basic, limp apology with no offer of a refund. Shop around before you use this company, they promise you the world but don’t deliver. Cars seem very dated. Disgraceful customer service !!

We wanted to hire a limo at short notice for my son’s 21st. Most conpanies don’t even pick up the phone or return emails. I could speak to someone on the end of the phone with weblimo which i thought was a good service. We needed a limo for 15 people. Max was very helpful and gave a competitive quote. I left it to Weblimo to choose and send a good vehicle. The limo we got was amazing! The driver was professional and on time. It made this landmark event very special and i would reccommend Weblimo to everyone.

Booked limo after quote been given by this website than they link me with easy limo who gave me very bad service.they turn up one hour late to pick us up on our return journey after they already had demanded full cash for return journey. Wasn't their on our return journey left us in cold and ruined our leaving ceremony to film.just becouse they didn't turn up .

Unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct! The windows, air conditioning, stereo system and lights in the limo were all broken. WebLimo demanded we pay up front before entering the limo. When we entered to find the limo was old and broken, they told us it was too late and that we had already paid. Having no choice and having paid, we carried on and tried to make light of the situation. Huge mistake! To add insult to injury, the rude and unhelpful driver threatened to call the police and tell them we kidnapped him!!! Outrageous and totally unprofessional. We will be proceeding with legal measures against this company.

I booked a 12 seater hummer limo for my daughter and 9 of her friends so they could arrive at prom in style. Weblimo confirmed the price and availability of the car and i checked all the details with Weblimo by phone also.
The car was booked two months prior to the prom with deposit paid, but then two days before i got a call from them asking if we could move the time by an hour as they'd made a mistake and double booked. I said no as the arrival time was a 30 minute window, but that i could move it by 20-30 mins if this helped.
The car showed up on time, but it wasn't the 12 seater Hummer booked, it was a crappy old Navigator that was in really poor condition, i called to complain and was told that the Hummer had broken down so they sent this (reading other reviews this is a common excuse of theirs).
The car was booked for 1 hour, with 45 mins of driving the girls around before arriving at the venue. They showed up after just 20 mins!
Very, very poor service!!!
