Web Design Glory is what you need for web help. Be it design, trouble shooting, coding, or suggesting solutions, they truly have your best interest at heart. I have had to work with many DBA teams and it has not been easy. Some start strong but then peter out. Some never quite get on the same page at all. Some never admit when a problem is too complex, offering solutions that only makes matters worst or simply not being responsive at all. But that is NOT the case with Web Design Glory. From initial meeting to liaison assignment, my dedicated WDG DBA Luis Alfonso has been solving problems with the most patience and grace with us. Clients are never easy and I know we can be confusing, difficult to comprehend, and in a hurry, but Luis has always been attentive, responsive and professional in every way possible. I am feeling exceptionally lucky to have come across this firm and him.

DON’T DO IT! WATCH OUT!!
DON’T! These people create their own reviews in my opinion. I say this bc they offered to do the same for my online company that was brand new and never sold a thing before. Some may see this as a good thing but their character is flawed in my observation.They hold your social media hostage, they may create it but will not provide the credentials to you, ( they are doing this to me now)I’m getting ready to seek legal counsel bc I OWN my name and the facebook page created is not mine and they won’t remove it. Also they crated a TikTok and misspelled my name, I have the receipts on that. They all sound like they are from another country and they constantly upsell you and play on your naiveness and enforce the need on why you need this or that. JUST LOOK my review is the only REAL negative review in my opinion. No lie I have receipts, deal w them at your own risk.
UPDATE this company called me repeatedly told me to not dispute, they emailed, they text and said I would receive a FULL refund. Instead of refunding me $1299. They tried to give me $1225. Bc of fees. I continued with my dispute. THEN the wound up not removing the page on fb w my business name as of now. They told me to take this review down. Had someone else call again another cellphone and say they are from the legal department. Said I was making threats bc I told them I would obtain an attorney bc I own my name and they weren’t removing that page. He said they have a legal team too. I said go ahead bc I have receipts of my charges, conversations and I can back everything I’m saying. I was not bluffing. I felt threatened and I don’t take kindly to threats. This is the second time I felt that way from tsomeone else also on their team.He said, do you want to mess up your credit? Like what? Are you threatening to try to do something to my… idk it was a HORRIBLE experience and NO they didn’t keep their word on my refund but created a fictitious refund transaction that was supposed submitted, it looked suspicious to ME and I never received the refund. So again MY opinion based on the actions or non-actions.My bank said 6 hours later mind you, still no such transaction or pending refund I should say. They wanted more information from me according to Trustpilot, I was sent an email from Trustpilot. TRUSTPILOT I have proof of everything I have said, THIS is my experience w this company. I am entitled to my opinions, right? That what this site is for, well THE WORST very stressful, I’m fresh out the hospital from beating cancer and this company took allll my energy, PERIOD!! It’s interesting how all of a sudden there is now another 1 star review, that was not there earlier today 11/24/23 smh it’s been truly a wild ride.
