Webadore WARNING not fit for purpose. I paid Top Cash for 6 months and not once did my website show up in any searches EVER. When you explain this to Webadore they keep trying to up sell you & cross sell you. I have tried cancelling hundreds of time's but I would Crack the Enigma Code Quicker than get them to cancel what I'd describe in my 20 years of advertising as theft from the workers under severe pressure to put food in our children's months. Webadore are criminals and I stand over my words. They can take me to court but they fear the truth of an honest working class man with their criminal paper trail. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT EVER USE THESE DECIEVERS WHO ARE IN FOR YOUR RIP OFF.

Billed after canceling subscription
Billed after canceling subscription. Having issues with this company over a cancelled subscription. We are a community group and had created a page for the year to showcase some of the work but in the end had little use of the site. Cancelled before the new renewal date but argument is that we didn’t cancel after 11 months and should have cancelled before the 12th month began.
Thankfully after some discussion this has been settled. Appreciate Webador’s understanding on this.

I would like to gently clarify the situation regarding our terms. Like many services in the hosting industry, our annual subscriptions operate with a standard one-month notice period. This means that to prevent the automatic renewal for the upcoming year, the cancellation must be submitted at least one month before the new term begins. This is a standard and legal practice that is agreed upon during sign-up. Because the cancellation was submitted after this deadline, the system automatically generated the invoice.
However, we understand that we are dealing with people, not just systems, and we always want to take a closer look when community projects are involved. I can see that your case has already been escalated to our supervisory team for a manual review. They are currently looking into your specific situation and will reach out to you directly via email very soon to discuss the matter further.

Easy initial set up
The website was easy for the initial set up. It took some time to get the hang of what I needed to do to set up each page, add links etc. The AI generated blurbs were time saving and very professional. To improve - only being able to load 1 product at a time was a bit of a pain and very time consuming. Also I initially missed the step with the SOE so a clearer stepped process might have helped. But as a total luddite I still managed to launch a pretty good online shop. So great service.
