Very bad airline, no different from old fashioned public buses. They pile people on top of each other and humiliate them on the roads. Their service is very degrading. They deliberately create delays... See more

ILLEGAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE

The pram of my son arrived damaged after my flight (Ankara to Manchester UK) and is unrepairable as the mechanism is shattered and broken. Made a claim at the airport and also a claim through Pegasus as they requested this with all the footage taken. Came back with an excuse everytime and they try everything not to pay me back ! It has been nearly 3/4 weeks now and still trying to get away with it while I am not able to go out with my son!!! Worse customer service I have ever experienced! By law they are fully responsible for any damaged luggage caused by them obviously and they just try to get away with it, I want my refund as THIS IS ILLEGAL!

Don’t ever use Pegasus Airlines

Our flight from Kayseri to Istanbul last April 19 was cancelled without any prior notice. Upon arrival at the Kayseri airport that is the only time we learned that the flight was cancelled. We are so worried as we have a flight to catch from Istanbul going back to London on that day too. We are just lucky that the airline company for our flight to London helped us get another flight of course for an expensive tickets. This company is so disgusting. Would not ever think of flying again with this airline.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous Pegasus call centre, trying to replace a passenger. Bought an adult ticket to replace a child ticket took us two days and about 100 ppl to understand what we were meaning. Said id get a full refund. Today they have given me a refund of £191.68 from a ticket costing £375.37.

“No change fee” a lie.

Terms and conditions are inaccurate.
It says flexible flights, with no change fees and specifically “you will only have to pay the difference in price” when you switch to a different flight.
Of course when you come to book your new flight, a “fuel surcharge” is added which - in my case was more than the price of the original flight.
This is mentioned nowhere in their terms and conditions.
Refusing to refund me so now I will have to go through my credit card company.
Avoid the headache - only book with them if there is NO WAY you will need to change your flight, the “flexible flights” described in a scam.

honesty and transparency is the first…

honesty and transparency is the first rule. I can't say that Pegasus Airlines respects it. pegasus has canceled my flights but I have to call Turkey to get a refund. I tried, they put me on hold by phone and after 10 minutes and paid 15 euros I gave up. my question is why can't you refund online? you can only do it on the phone. but if you call they won't answer you. then if I don't want or can't change flights. i lost my money. good deal isn't it Pegasus?
