We be t to weatherspoons in truro…
We went to weatherspoons in truro Cornwall,
The food we had was fish and chips, first off the plate and food was cold, and I mean cold,
The fish had no taste whatsoever and I mean no Tate, it was all batter and a small peace of white fish,
So we had 2 x fish chips and mushy peas and 2 cups for coffee, it came to £26, to which I think is not a cheap meal at all. We should of went to brewers fair £5 meals, and I mean lovely meals, in regards to spoons we will never going to weather spoons again, I guess they get alot of people in their for the cheap booze,

Weatherspoons grimsby feel I have to…
Weatherspoons grimsby feel I have to give this review as I am so cross as a customer who regularly eats here.
I have come into this food hotel for many years, but the management are awful. I had got to know ag few members of staff over the years and got to know Darren, he was a young chef/cook. During one of his Days off he was in with friends and his pregnant partner they used to always talk to me, on one occasion he had his hand in a bandage I asked what he had done. He burnt it in a fryer!! The company had given no medical help! I said I hopr your putting a claim in! A few weeks later Darren was excited about his baby due date getting nearer, then I saw him sitting with the whole world on his shoulders he advised he had a meeting with management because he was vaping in the allocated smoking area with 3 others who were actually smoking all of them had a meeting, he was so worried with the new baby coming. I went in again as usual and asked where Darren was to find out he had been sacked! From that meeting for vaping and the other 3 who was smoking was still there! Again in a smoking area the employer provided if it was to near the kitchen the employer put it there. My last visit I saw Darren in the weatherspoons been asked to leave because he’s banned for 3 months. He had come in with his partner to show regular customers his new baby. I want to see this poor young man again as I want to pay for him to see a solicitor for legal advice and place a claim what disgusting management you want the sack yourselves.
My experience was disgusting by the management and there was no need.
Dreadful
Dreadful. Had a problem with bad food served at the Edinburgh Booking Office 'spoons. Complained online (and got auto-receipt) but despite it saying I would get a response, NOTHING!!!!! They are not bothered about customer service or providing reasonable quality. Much better is not available for similar prices from competitors. I will avoid Wetherspoons from now on.
John Russell Fox Andover
Had an evening meal at the John Russel Fox in Andover, we have been using this pub for over 15 years, tonight’s experience was absolutely awful, there were 4 of us us that all ordered our food together, ie one person paid, three of the meals came out but the fourth arrived some 40 minutes after the first three. Trying to get the staff to respond was impossible, they even said it was because the kitchen staff were young! Sorry spoons, i always praise you but tonight was an absolute joke, and the manager was absolutely clueless, rude, and definitely not up to the job.

The Windmill, Wetherspoons, London Stansted Airport
I regularly go to The Windmill, Wetherspoons at London Stansted Airport David is a host some days at the front section. He is such a gentleman. He always looks after me and makes my experience very special.
The newly opened Black bear…
The newly opened Black bear Wetherspoons.
Very disappointed with it.
Food very poor.
Microwave food not very appetising.
Cheap and not very cheer-full.
We will not be back, rather pay the extra for decent food.
Only one thing staff very good.
The location deserves better.
Wetherspoons formerly Coombe Lodge Croydon
I was invited to have a meal at Coombe Lodge now converted to a Wetherspoons in Croydon. We ordered 'Korean style chicken with sticky rice'. Not good. The rice was not at all sticky or how it should look. Chicken was not edible and too sweet. The toilets were tiny and a tad smelly...no thanks, I would not visit again
Outstanding building faults in The Shay Wake.
I am writing about the Shay Wake in Shaw, Oldham.
I wrote to Customer Services about 3 long outstanding maintenance items requiring urgent attention. They will not tell me what action they propose to take to remedy matters, stating that it is a matter of confidentiality! Why it’s so top secret I don’t know. Unbelievable!!!!
What has happened to the menu?
What has happened to the menu?
No longer serving chips at the Burgess Hill branch.
In my opinion they were always so good.
Unfortunately, if they are no longer serving chips,we will eat elsewhere as the mash potatoes is not great and the salad is just not the same. Garlic bread would have been better with the lasagne.
Refused entry by an odious
Refused entry by an odious, officious, rude and overbearing elderly gent with numerous id's round his neck at the thomas gransby, Canterbury as i entered in my wheelchair with my 'two assistance' british bulldogs and my carer. TO pardon the pun barked at rudely and told no dogs! Not sorry, no dogs and swing the doors open causing my dog to cower to the ground! When I pointed out no official legislation around 'assistance dogs' and your signs not all disabilities are visible you treated a veteran with utter contempt! PTSD and MND you horrid horrendous company! We left and got a lovely welcome round the corner at Nero who are dog friendly!! In fact my dogs got a lovely pup cup and I will in future spend my money where its welcome! Avoid if you're disabled visible or otherwise and with an assistance dog that does not need labelling so everyone knows (How dis-empowering!!)
Weatherspoons bad tempered managment
Weatherspoons - The Bank Statement Swansea
Dont try to complain about the bad service in this establishment to the manager, she cannot control her temper.
Weather spoons in Morecambe has to be…
Weather spoons in Morecambe has to be the worst run pub I have ever come across. Service is rubbish, staff don't seem to have any direction.. Tables are always full of dirty plates and glasses even when it is quiet. Food is not bad and drinks are cheap but that's where it ends. Been to other Weather spoons and seems perfectly good so don't know why this one is so bad
Rubbish cold food
Lord Wilson Huddersfield. We go to this pub several times a month and generally it's good but recently the food has become rubbish. On Tuesday we ordered from the Christmas menu food arrived quickly as usual but was cold and looked nothing like the pictures in the new Christmas menu. 2 meals 2 drinks was £25 so not cheap. This is not the first time but will be the last . Staff and drinks are great but food has gone down hill big time.
Mixed review
The experience in the pub at Farnborough Hampshire Tilly Shilling
Was mixed , I was staying local for 4 nights so opted to use this location for my meals breakfast, dinner , breakfast was excellent for the money and service was very good.
On 3 of the 4 nights dinner and service was good and value for money.
One night it was far from good in fact it was terrible service , it happened to be my last night if it had been my first night I wouldn’t have returned.
Waited an absolute age for my food which was ordered on the app along with a beer the beer arrived to my designated table very promptly, but over 30 minutes later my food still hadn’t arrived , I waited for 45 minutes then went to enquire where my food was to be told
Oh it’s sitting over there we couldn’t find your table as there is a mix up with table numbers.
I explained that they managed to deliver my beer promptly to my table so couldn’t understand why not the food, to be honest I felt I was just shrugged off and the staff member I was speaking to could care less .
Eventually they brought over my food stone cold, and more stories about table numbers being moved.
Becouse I had waited so long and was starving I took the food but could only eat about a quarter of it as it was cold.
I then ordered another pint useing the same table number which was on the table , waited 20 minutes, walked back to the bar to ask why it’s taking so long to be told they had run out of Stella and didn’t know where my table was.
Honestly same staff who couldn’t find my table for the food , and had eventually delivered it all be it cold.
No apology at the time just grins and shrugs of shoulders.
I did complain via email to the company who replied promptly and positively, and was contacted by the pub manager to apologise.
So to sum up it apears some staff are in need of more training especially in customer care.
The staff at breakfast were excellent, the after customers care was very good , hence why I started by saying mixed review.
The company should address their customer care in relation to staff dealing with customers who are hard of hearing as well.
Once again the breakfast staff were excellent and made a point of speaking to me face to face rather than turning away.
Wetherspoons Newton Abbot - Awful
Wetherspoons - Newton Abbot, Devon
Went with friends for dinner, arriving around 1600.
The place soon filled up. The noise was awful, with people shouting at one another, and children running around and screaming.
The screaming actually hurt our ears.
The food arrived quickly, but was cold and unappetizing.
We won't be going there again, because it has gone downhill.
Misleading customers on food menu
Went to weatherspoons in Solihull, we had 2 large breakfasts, and as it was a little to early for an alcoholic drink, we'll for the wife it was.😀
My wife chose to have a hot chocolate, as it stated that you can have free top ups on tea, coffee, hot chocolate,so as it was a cold day my wife thought she would have a top up on her hot chocolate, as it was stated on the menu, free top ups on tea, coffee, hot chocolate, but when I went to the bar to ask for a refill, and told not in a nice manner by the bar tender, that the refill on the hot chocolate was not included, so I went back to my table and picked up the menu and proceeded back to the bar, and showed the not so nice barman that it stated in black and white, that free top ups included hot chocolate, but again was told as the government increased sugar tax on sugary drinks, that's why the hot chocolate was not included, but as I stated to the barman, it was a false advertisement, and this should have been reprinted, or even crossed out, or even a notice to customers within the pub, so until that happens, weatherspoons are misleading customers and should be put right.
