Great product, delivered quickly in robust packaging, complete with adhesive! Easy to install - only been installed 3 days but so far so good! Very pleased!

Ordered one day delivered a.m. next day grandson fitted it for us as yet not having experienced very heavy rain but seems to be exactly as described.so think it will do the trick.

Arrived quickly. The adhesive which came with it was amazing. Within a couple of hours it was all stuck down and dry. My garage is now waterproof.

While the threshold seal had arrived promptly and in good condition, the adhesive was expired for well over a year.
Initially we didn’t realised even though the adhesive was nearly solid and we struggled to squeeze it out. We hadn’t used this before so we didn’t know how was supposed to look like.
We realised only the next day when the seal wasn’t aligned with the garage door anymore and even after 24h was still moving.
Now we need to remove it and put it back as we’re not confident it will last because of the expired adhesive.

Bought two 2.6m XL for two garage doors. Used a piece of card to get the profile correct around the rollerdoor fittings.
Easy to cut with a sharp Stanley knife.
I bought an extra tube of the black adhesive just incase, was not needed, and I used quite large breads ( 6mm). Stuck down really well.
Would definitely recommend.

Great piece of kit. Used mine on an up and over garage door fitting it from inside the garage to ensure the door butted up to the seal nicely without any gaps. Make sure you have the seal in the optimum position before applying the adhesive as there is no way to adjust it afterwards. Highly recommended.

I have always had a slight gap of about 10-15mm gap in places under my double automatic garage door and It took me a while to work out how best to use the new seal, as the garage floor is raised by about 40mm behind to where the door eventually rests, It’s like ‘L’ shape. The seal I chose in the end was the one that you can trim on one side by about 30mm and it worked well when I turned up the cut off piece to butt against the raised floor and stuck the main body to the floor to form an ‘L’ shape and it worked very well. However I still have a slight gap on the right side which Is annoying but when it comes to servicing the electric door, I’ll ask the service guy to try and tweak the settings so the door travels further to the ground to seal the door completely. It’s a great product and my only criticism is the seal which is 440cm long, only came with one tube of glue so I purchased another tube just is case and I’m glad I did because there was no way one tube would have completed the job.
